Great, quick service.
All of the staff were very helpful. Our new tyres were fitted within 18 hours of our first enquiry and they were done quickly and professionally. Really great experience.

The Manager Phil
The Manager Phil, was most helpful and easy to deal with. He took the time to explain what needed doing and why. I found it to be very reassuring that my car was in good hands and the problems would resolved.

The staff were nice but
The staff were nice. The company needs to improve though.
They had 20% off tyre sale. The website said the tyres I wanted could be ordered in. I went in store - they can't be ordered in. Out of stock. Well if they're out of stock the website should state that.
I had to buy a more expensive tyre which was annoying. Went to pick up tyres and couldn't pay because their "system" was crashed, which meant a third trip to the store the following day.

Happy customer!
The person at the desk (Phillip?) was lovely, very friendly and efficient and I always feel very comfortable getting my my car serviced at the Firle location. They are also very upfront with what needs doing and don’t try to over service.
