My previous review referred to a stolen purse. On following up with the very helpful manager ( Firle) the explanation became apparent: a mechanic had removed the glovebox to check the aircon filter, and in that process the purse (with money) apparently fell out and disappeared under the passenger's seat and not noticed after by the mechanic when he reinstalled the glovebox ( nor subsequently by me, I'm afraid). The manager was very apologetic, as was I for not searching more thoroughly, which was partly due to my being unaware that the glovebox was to be removed as part of the service and that therefore there was the possibility of its items spilling out.

Otherwise, I'm pleased to say the service was carried out efficiently and with courtesy , especially from the manager.

I changed all my car's tyres. One of lug nut head on a wheel missing. It may broken and no one tell me that. I only notice while I was cleaning the wheels. Now I dont know what to complain and how to get it fixed? One more thing, I see other cars they did tyres shines tyres dressing after put in new tyres. But they didnt do that for me. Even though I left my car whole day there and no chasing.

Store Manager was extremely helpful in assessing the needs for the tyres of my car, having all the tyres in stock for full replacement on the day and happily assisted in speaking with my insurance company regarding having the tyre with punctures replaced as per my policy without any out-of-pocket expense to me.
