The staff was great and attentive
The staff was great and attentive. I am not sure about the parts that were picked for my car though, as after a brief search online I couldn't find anything close to the high price that I was charged. More clarity and options are needed for the customer to not over pay for their service.

Exceptional Service – Above and Beyond!
I recently visited mycar Tyre & Auto Coburg (590 Sydney Road, Champ St, Coburg) to get a punctured tyre looked at, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service.
Not only was the team friendly and efficient, but to my surprise, they fixed the tyre and didn’t even charge me for it! In a time where everything seems to come with a fee, this kind and generous gesture really stood out.
A special shout-out to Stewart, who handled everything with such professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare to come across service like this, and because of this experience, I know exactly where I’ll be going whenever my car needs attention.
