Quick turn around, staff was very helpful. Booked car in for following morning to rotate the wheels and do a wheel alignment.

They checked my car as it was having electrical problems but couldn't solve my issue. They were not afraid to tell me this and recommend a place to take it that would have the equipment to hopefully find and solve my issue.
I commend the honesty and helpfulness in trying to solve me issue.

This was my first experience with mycar. The standouts were the ease of communication, competetive pricing, other customers reviews and the free 12 months onside assistance - (yet to be tested of course.)

I had a great experience with this car service. The team was efficient, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was completed on time without any hassle. It’s reassuring to find a service you can genuinely trust — I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others.

Dropped off my car for a Tyre repair on a Saturday and was notified that the tyre could not be fixed due to a side wall puncture which was completely understandable - After a quick call from the store it was agreed that the spare tyre would be put on (As it is a full size spare) and a new tyre would be ordered on the Monday.

I got a text half an hour later advising the work had been done - my partner went to pick up the car and on arrival was advised that the spare tyre wasn't put on and to go and take it elsewhere to sort as they couldn't get the spare tyre off.

I'm unsure how a mechanic can't change a spare or at least look up how to if not known, but I am also disappointed that a quick call before going to pick up wasn't made. Pretty average service and will happily avoid going back here in future.

Very helpful assistance over the phone when booking. Team sent an txt when the tyre was ready and were willing to remove the spare and replace the wheel back on the car. Professional & friendly.

I had a great experience with MyCar when I needed to repair a wheel on my car. The team was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I arrived. They quickly assessed the issue and fixed the wheel much faster than I expected.

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The job was done very promptly. I appreciated the 30 day warranty on the new tyres and the follow up on that.

Car was towed in for engine failure, roadside assistance team was great and I have had really good relations with the watergardens store in the past, my car got towed to coburg as this was the closest store on breakdown, my vehicle required a new engine I was quoted and not really given a reason why as to how the engine failed and what caused it just that it needs this and this is the price. A whole engine was fitted into my vehicle with in 24 hours I got it back and multiple things were wrong the car clearly wasn’t started or test driven after failing to tell me the job got subcontracted somewhere else. I needed to tow the car back to coburg as it broke down again 2 days after getting it back. The car sat with them for a week, I finally have it back and I am not confident it’s still 100% correct but I don’t want to take it back to coburg. I am STILL waiting for an invoice so I know where the new engine came from in my vehicle and what the engine nimble is for vic roads, the lack of care factor and attention to detail in that store is mind blowing… you’d think putting a whole new engine In a customers car you would have a proper diagnostic as to what went wrong and why, where the new engine came from. Not to mention the second breakdown they told me there was water in the coils from washing the engine bay!? Last time I checked the coils are behind a plastic cover. Not sure how that happen but again no answer no explanation, not even any paper work on both visits, I would love a call from someone in head office so I can get the details that I require to give to vic roads in order to keep my car complying with their road standards

Phenomenal Service! I've been having my cars serviced at this location since I moved to Australia and they've always been amazing. The servicing is done quickly and thoroughly. I will continue using My Car for their great prices and amazing staff.
