Try to overcharge
I had a service and alignment booked. The service seems decent but I dont think the alignment was even done. Then later when i called to ask for a quote for a part repair they tried to overcharge me 3× more than the official dealership.

He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure everything was done properly. Great guy and very professional. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily recommend the team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The guy on the front counter at…
The guy on the front counter at Casuarina was great. Even though my pick up was late due to the wrong part being ordered, he was apologetic, owned the problem, was honest and kept me informed. Errors occur but he handled it well.
