The team fixed my car. They advised on the best and efficient way to fix. They delivered to promise.

1. They refused to stamp the service book. From my experience with several car service centres, every professional workshop documents what’s been carried out and stamps the book accordingly. But this guy flat-out refused, and I have no idea what it would possibly cost him—or my car—to do something that simple and standard.

2. After completing the service, they didn’t even bother to reset the service notification that appears before the next due service. When I noticed the alert was still on, I went back and asked about it. His response was, “Oh, sorry, I forgot to tell you. The service guy tried to reset it, but it kept coming back. Drive for a couple of weeks, and if it still shows up, contact Hyundai.”
That’s a straight-up lie. I reset it myself once I got home, and the notification never appeared again. This clearly proves they didn’t even attempt to reset it, and instead tried to cover it up with an excuse. If you didn’t do something, at least have the honesty to admit it—don’t lie to your customers.

Excellent customer service

I left my car at My Car 4 days ago (admittedly over the weekend) and haven't heard a word since. I've been on the phone to them for 20 plus minutes now. I've not spoken with a human voice and there's no indication my call is in a queue or anything. The repeated recorded message while I wait is "We put people first". I assume that doesn't mean people waiting on the end of the phone though!! Customer service is sadly lacking guys!! Get into the 21st century .. or maybe that's what the 21st century is about now. NOT HAPPY

Quick service, nice staff. However never received a follow up quote for extra work needed after being told I would receive one by end of day. It’s over a week now still now contact. Tried to ring business 3 times in the last week, could never get through to staff. Not told if tyres had been rotated or not (included in the essential plus).

Team members had very good communication and provided great service to me and my car

Required treatment of my car performed well, I was kept informed during the procedures and advised promptly when completed. Provided me with extra pick up time on request and staff polite and friendly.

Staff are very friendly, only one thing that i can complain was really hard for me to contact them through a phone booking
