Easy purchase
Our salesman, Greg, was great. Not pushy at all and explained everything well. Tip: get the protection! It’s worth every cent and isn’t a gimmick!
I do not know what has happened to…
I do not know what has happened to them. But they are horrible now. They didn't show up for 1st scheduled delivery, when I took off work to be home. They also didn't notify me that they wouldn't be coming. When I called them, their solution was to reschedule the delivery for a week out. When the delivery finally arrived, a piece of furniture was broken. I rescheduled to have a replacement sent. It arrived a week later, also broken. Don't try calling the store, because as I was told by a Bob's employee, they don't answer the store phone. I was told I would get a deduction from my bill but can't get a response now. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Second time I purchase from Bob’s and the prices and quality of furniture is definitely so important to me. I didn’t feel pressured to buy something. Found a beautiful sectional and definitely recommend Bob’s. Will be returning for some other great pieces I had my eye on.
Don't let the delivery guys rush you!
I had a recliner delivered on 01/16. I was told by the store i would receive delivery confirmation 48 to 24 hrs in advance. That didn't happen. It was more like 12 hours. Then I got a call at 7am telling me they would be there in 15 minutes. Mind you there delivery times starts at 7:30am. Then they called me twice about 7:20 to tell me they were there. I was not home and explained that my wife and son were getting ready to have them come in. Then when delivering chair they rushed my wife and son to sign so they can get out of dodge. We'll low and behold the chair was dirty. So I called and complained. They are gonna replace it and gave me money back. But now I have a dirty chair that I covered. And have a chair taki g up space sitting I my living room till the 01/21. Which I have not received a delivery time for. So I used there chat option who couldn't find anything of my delivery. Then I chatted with a person who had told me the same thing. I sent them a copy of the invoice and low and behold they found it. Now mind you I was reading all the info off the invoice when they were asking me question to find my pick up and return. So they gave me a delivery window of 3 hrs Starting at 11am. So it is now 01/21 and the attempt to deliver me a chair. But the guys inspected the new chair before bringing it in. Guess what it was damaged. The seem was ripped. I thanked the guys for showing me outside. So I still have original chair sitting in my living room covered. And I was told my redelivery date is gonna be next Friday 01/30. I had to choose that day because I am home from work during the day to receive. I had taken 01/21 off. Which I don't get paid days off. They did credit me money again. But you know what it isn't worth the headache. So lets hope things go good next week when now a 3rd chair comes. I keep my fingers crossed.

We were in the Scarborough ME store today, looking to purchase a sofa. We had looked at available options online prior to coming in, so we had a pretty good idea of what we were going to purchase. We were promptly and politely greeted by Michelle, who pointed us in the right direction and offered her assistance while also giving us ample space to shop and discuss. Michelle was attentive, respectful, and able to answer all of our questions making our experience pleasant and super easy. We definitely recommend anyone asking for Michelle!

I bought mattress from Bob’s for my guest room. I had visitors coming from out of state. The mattress quality was awful. The springs popped out of the mattress with 4 months purchasing the mattress so I threw that junk away and bought me a better quality mattress for the same price. I sent pictures to show them how the mattress looked with tags still on them and was told to send them back to them to get my money back. I am not spending delivery to send trash back to them and those mattress was already in the trash. You sold me junk and I have to pay to return them. Why would you want throat junk back? Were you going to refurbish them to resell them? 2nd time I bought bad quality furniture from . I should of learned my lesson the first time. I will never shop here again.

Kevin was the perfect salesman
Kevin was the perfect salesman. Knowledgeable, respectful, and available when we needed him. He gave us great advice, and we never felt pressured to buy or rushed in any way. He made the whole process extremely easy and very pleasant.
Antonio and the delivery crew were outstanding too. Very fast and clean. All the furniture was built well.
Overall, it was a great experience.
Terrible experience
We ordered a sofa on November 18.
The first delivery was scheduled for December 22. The sofa arrived damaged.
A second delivery was rescheduled for December 29. That sofa arrived used.
A third and final delivery attempt took place on January 6. Once again, the sofa arrived damaged.
For both the December 29 and January 6 deliveries, I received a phone call the morning of delivery assuring me that the sofa had been inspected, was in proper condition, and was ready for delivery. Despite these assurances, the product delivered was unacceptable each time.
It is difficult to understand how a large, established company can repeatedly fail at such a fundamental aspect of its business.
When I requested a refund after the third failed delivery, the response was simply “okay.” There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience of waiting for three separate deliveries, and no effort to make the situation right.
To make matters worse, when I mentioned the confirmation calls I received from customer service guaranteeing a new, undamaged sofa, I was asked to provide the name and phone number of the representative because there was “no record” of anyone calling me. This response was both dismissive and insulting.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and has fallen far below any reasonable standard of customer service
