Signed a contract via Eden One with Elavon and Modern World Business Solutions. Identified that the agreement wasn't suitable for our business within days and requested to terminate the contact and return the unused terminal in its original packaging.

MWBS referred us to Eden One who referred us to Paytek who referred us to MWBS who demanded that the exit fee is payment of the minimum term of the contract which is £1600-1700 despite their contract stating that:

"6.4. We may at our discretion, be able to offer a reduction in the amount payable upon termination set out in Clause 6.3 in exchange for return of the Payment Processing Device and SIM card in good condition and complete with all accessories, power leads, batteries, chargers and handbooks. You should contact us at the address given on the front sheet to make arrangements for re-delivery and valuation of the Payment Processing Device for this purpose."

A money-grabbing, short-sighted, unethical, exploitative company! Avoid!!!

Really good service. Beat my old rates and gave me a couple of different options to help me choose the right one for my business. I am not tech minded but was so pleased when Charlotte at Modern World offered to come and install my terminal for me as I'm local to their office. The team weren’t pushy like I’ve had in the past and made the process Stress free.

Modern world helped us with the implementation of a high risk gateway and acquiring services after we found it incredibly hard to find a solution.this is our second time using them, The team were honest, set expectations on our first call about the possibility of a rolling reserve (is never even heard of one) and what the rates were likely to be and how long it would take all of which were pretty much on the button.

I’d highly recommend this company and have already told my friends about what they did for me.

Excellent service, above and beyond what was expected of them and found us as facility when no-one else could. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

After being asked to leave a good review at the beginning which I did, the tin has certainly opened with a can of worms!
After paying costs to be accepted by Mastercard and then given a plugin that does not work we began development to make the plugin work costing over £1000. We were then told that they lost the rights to the plugin and could no longer provide services. I know mwb solutions will come back with an excuse that this is not down to them but the provider Paydoo. This is a reflection of the mwb solutions group possibly working together with bad providers like Paydoo to generate cash. mwb solutions have not tried to recover our costs whatsoever and just passed the buck!
We will be taking this legal so i look forward to seeing both mwb solutions and Paydoo in court!!
