This company must be making too much money already, because they certainly don't seem to be keen on taking on any new customers. Called them a number of times to just receive assurances that I would receive quotes via email for a card machine and Epos, which never materialised - still eagerly awaiting nearly 4 weeks later.

Not sure how some of these positive reviews have appeared as I had to chase them up to accept my custom - still with no luck!

Makes me think how they handle existing customers once they're tied into contracts etc.

Good luck those who choose to go with them - if they're lucky enough to even get a reply (lol)

Our account manager Arvey was clear, concise and up front about all costs and exactly how much they could save me. Terminal arrived when it was meant to and the support since has been brilliant. I can message them with any queries and they get back to me promptly even if they have to pass the query on to technical support.

Had a few issues with our previous provider and we were recommended to talk to these guys. They couldn't have been more helpful, and took the time to appreciate our needs.

Update to our previous glowing review. Michelle it seems has now left the company. We asked for advice about charges for refunds, which we received in writing. However, Michelle and MWB mis-informed us, resulting in a cost to us of over £300. As Michelle has now left the company, MWB were not interested in reimbursinhg us and were actually quite rude in their reply to us!
We have recently changed our terminal from another provider due to the savings to be made with Modern World.

Michelle has made the process very easy from the initial meeting to the terminal installation and we have confidence in her ability and willingness to help.

Now looking forward to the savings!

We had debated about moving from izettle for quite some time. Maximum transaction limits & then they would freeze your money if close to the limit! Unable to take payments over the phone as well. Obviously you don’t pay monthly for this product however, even with paying monthly for a terminal & pci, the overall package including great rates made it a deal we couldn’t pass up.
Added bonus is that they’re a local business and are always available to help and respond with any queries you have.

Avery popped in my salon to talk to me about a card machine. I was self employed but had opened my own salon so was very nervous of a new card machine as I was using iZettle which seemed great.
Everything Arvey told me to be honest seemed to good to be true. Lower rates/money the next day etc.

But how wrong was I, it’s the best thing I have ever done. Looks so much more Profesional in my salon. And arvey was right no hidden costs down the line.
