Very disappointment with the service of this company.
Account was approved for card reader and virtual terminal, Card reader has been sent to completely wrong address, no idea why, was told virtual terminal has been approved yet it hadn't, turns out was never even on the application. Have had to redo the application in which i've been declined the virtual terminal but can do Moto payments on a reader that was sent to the wrong address, ive advised theres no point using the reader for CNP as as per other reviews all accounts that do this end up terminated and funds being held, absolutely pointless and complete waste of time. Would highly recommend using a company that has actually done what theyve said and not mess you around!
The only decent thing about this company is Sharin who is very helpful but sadly his talent is lost working in such an awful company

Disastrous service provided from account Manager Ms Agius who is totally detached from customer needs. Does not know the meaning of what an account manager’s role should be. Besides their rates are amongst the highest. Business owners do avoid.

Take weeks to reply to email requests and requests for information.

Should have got rid when they started adding charges that were never discussed initially when having conversations about a payment provider

Now added loads of additional charges for a lack of information they’ve never asked for (asked continually since 2nd Feb re this most recent particular issue)

Despite being in constant communication on my part (that same cannot be said about “trust” payments)

They’ve now forwarded an outstanding balance to a 3rd party debt collections company - (to the tune of c.370)

Got through to customer services quickly on the phone and resolved within 30minutes my query and directed so I know where to find things in future on the portal! Thank you.

Small businesses beware!!!!! Have been with Trust payments for a year and they have now put our business account on hold due to limited activity as this year has seen us take more money on Amex cards.
They have held large sums of money back from going into our account now over 10days with no resolve. I'm now talking to the Police as I don't know where my customers money has went and TP keep telling me they are looking into their matter.

A great system to use and an even better back office team to assist. Thanks to Craig and Theepanraj for all their help and support all along.

As a company we are relatively a new client of Trust Payments. The process of onboarding can sometimes be rocky and we had quite a few questions but our account manager Ines Iacono always makes sure we have all the information. She answers all our questions and always available if something urgent is needed. It is really important as our business depends on how smooth everything works including card payments.

Initial progress obtaining and configuring new MIDs was slow until Intan Sari stepped in and then everything ran smoothly. Can't praise her and her team highly enough.

Got scammed by someone impersonating BA and using trust payments.com to fraudulently take hundreds of pounds from me. Contacted trustpayments.com and their automated system said “sorry we can’t provide any assistance. Please speak to the merchant“ pretty poor I would say. Avoid like the plague.

We’ve had a very good experience working with this Trust Payments. The integration was smooth, the platform is stable, and transaction processing has been reliable. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable, and they’ve shown strong understanding of compliance and operational requirements. Overall, a solid and trustworthy partner for card payments.

Balvinder Helate has been absolutely brilliant to work with. She’s always available at the end of the phone whenever you need her and consistently goes above and beyond to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble — whether it’s answering questions, solving issues, or giving advice, she’s always willing to step in and support.

Excellent support from Eron Kirtley. She contacted me to explain the upgrade from my existing terminal to the new smart touchscreen model and clearly outlined all the benefits. The paperwork was sent over promptly, and everything was handled seamlessly. She first got in touch on the Thursday, and by the following Tuesday my new terminal had arrived and was up and running — now that is what I call customer service! Eron was incredibly helpful throughout and is a real asset to Trust Payments.
