Chartered in 1931, Mutual Credit Union is Mississippi's oldest credit union, and one of the Southeast's most respected. Through the years, our State-chartered financial institution has grown from humble beginnings into a world class financial services organization with over 23,000 active members and nearly $300 million in assets. Offering the complete continuum of consumer financial services, we provide members with the same level of service as big banks for substantially less cost. Whether it's below big bank rates on loans or the lowest possible fees on share draft (checking) accounts, our members regularly get more for their money. Amazing
Mrs. Claiborne is the BEST! The others tellers there are great. Atmosphere energy and vibe is just peaceful as soon as yu walk through the door. The branch in Raymond,MS is AMAZING.

We send a Trustpilot survey when new savings accounts are opened, but we also have a member experience survey that gets sent on random transactions to further coach our team and help provide the best service.
