Fast and fantastic service

Really happy with my experience with Trusty Store. Everything was straightforward and easy, and the service was really good. The whole process felt smooth, and I had no issues at all. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable store. 😊

I understand that extra payment are made to skip hard credit and income cheques and value the needed commitment,I say it's worth the heafty price over paying over time from retail as it skips the hassle and u have product while paying.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT! It’s a massive SCAM!!
Myself and my fiancee signed up to Trusty Stores the same day. We ordered a fridge freezer on both accounts (we’re a huge family). The agreement between us and Trusty Stores was that we pay the first four payments on time and they will then dispatch the item. I made my first three payments on the payment dates stated and the fourth payment 10 days early, as we were due to go on Holiday and I didn’t want the fridge freezer turning up while on Holiday, so did paid 10 days early, in the hopes they would dispatch the item and it would be received before our Holiday. I questioned why I hadn’t heard anything every day for over a week, to be told by their absolutely ridiculous robot that the item will be released after the fourth payment and they can see three payments had been made - they were looking at the wrong order! The robot then randomly changed my payment dates to 1990! My birth date to be exact so every single payment was showing as 36 years late! I soon got this sorted thankfully, but by this point, I had made a fifth payment. I was then told by a human that all of my payments were made late and I need to make more payments. I spoke to my Solicitor who advised me to not make a single payment more as that’s a tactic companies like this do! He advised me that Trusty Stores were in breach of contact as they hadn’t dispatched the item as promised after four on time payments. Trusty Stores called me a liar several times by telling me all four of my payments had been made late. This was not the case and I argued it every day for about a week. I even noted the exact times and dates I paid, including the one 10 days early. I even offered to show them my bank statements and I receive a very rude, very unprofessional response by a Trusty Stores human, in capital letters, to say all of my payments had been made late. They were adamant. Yet, I have full proof and evidence this wasn’t the case. They were having none of it. I then explained what my Solicitor has advised and asked in a calm and kind manner, what I need to do to have my item dispatched, as they had previously kept stating I need to make more payments but never said how many. I even advised them to take the four payments from my second order and put them towards my first order. Their response to that was to delete my account, delete my fiancées account and respond with some rubbish about me not liking their terms and conditions. They breached contract. I didn’t everything right and can prove it. They’re scared of the law so their way of escaping that was to delete both mine and my fiancées accounts. My fiancée didn’t have much communication with them except asking when the item will be dispatched to receive the exact same response everytime that they’ll look into it and get back to her. They never did properly get back to her. The reason my account shown as late payments was because the bot changed the date to 36 years ago and I explained this over and over and over again, to get rude, nasty and unprofessional responses in return. They’ve receive over £1100 from us since joining them less than two months ago. They sent the same message to my fiancée when shutting her account down, even know she had never had any issues. My Solicitor has now became involved properly in the case and I will be suing them.

Edit!!! Ignore their response to this! It’s all lies. Like I said I can PROVE my side and I have a “very strong case” according to my Solicitor. I can prove every single thing! So ignore their poor response to this. Read their responses to other people. Proof how petty and childish these people are! Again, they’re scammers and my Solicitor has actually proved this already! And it’s only day one of the case! Oh I cannot WAIT to sue these vicious horrible people! All events have been recorded and can also be proved with evidence! I’m so angry reading how a company can blatantly LIE about stuff. When I sue I will be showing everyone everything! I HAVE EVIDENCE!!! They have nothing. They keep claiming to have photos, yet won’t provide them when asked. 🤣

Opened an account for a laptop. They wanted £31 per month before I even got it so cancelled. Took 2 separate payments of £4.99 and £9.99 before I told my bank to stop any further payments. Now I get today they tried to take £31.99 as a further payment that was declined by my bank. Sent email and explained I cancelled last month, waiting on reply.
According to the reply I got, they said they have refunded me which is a blatant lie! Stay well away from this scam of a company!

I have seen some bad reviews on here but if you read their terms the £4.99 doesn’t warrant items straight away you need to pay at least 4/5 instalments. Before dispatch.

This company wants people to pay 6 months before you get a phone or anything else I don’t think so they never email back never ring never reply ive cancel the account and will not be going back it’s 10 times cheaper to by a phone out right I’ve left bad review
