MTEC Brakes Anmeldelser

Ordered a pair for front,
Then ordered a pair for the back,
The ordered a pair for the other car 😁

Great, thanks

Great products at Great prices and very good after service

Spoke to a real person

Ordered items and never had a problem before. They used Parcelforce who just left the parcel in an unsecure place facing the main road. When I got home the parcel was gone! MTEC's answer was basically 'tough luck!'. Absolutely no offer of help whatsoever. Shocked really as you'd think they'd lodge a claim and reimburse but alas NO!!!

perfect quick delivery parts look very good at a great price

Superb correspondence throughout, order was checked before dispatch, just brilliant service

Excellent communication, was kept up to date on the progress of the order. The Disks arrived in a timely manner & were packaged well.
For was excellent, braking performance is good better than my original OEM discs.

Amazing Customer Service and Communication, prompt delivery...

Items received are good quality, fit perfectly, and have transformed my car, physically and aesthetically .

Really friendly professional customer service who will clarify any issues, check your orders correct and work with you!

5* already recommended to a few friends. Will definitely use MTEC BRAKES again. Thankyou for your service, one happy customer.

Very good customer service, returned my parcel after it had been sat for ages.

Very easy to order and excellent service
have not fully bedded in discs and pads but so far so good

I've used their brake kits a few times now and the quality is always excellent as is the customer service. Great communication and quick dispatch and delivery. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Great customer service, are a very genuine and honest company. Will definitely be using them again and would recommend them 100 percent.

Don't buy any performance brakes from these jokers. They sold me some which had a vibration. The lady on the phone was sarcastic and wouldn't do anything about it. Brought another brand and worked fine. Sold them to someone else on eBay as faulty and they fitted them to their car anyway and they're deff broken as they've got the same issue. £900 quid wasted. DO NOT BUY 'PERFORMANCE ROTORS' from these jokers.

Edit as they replied. The warranty doesn’t mean anything as they had any excuse not to have them back and wouldnt except evidence. I’ve lost all my money as they were faulty as the buyer on ebay logged a fault and forced a refund. He had the same issue as me with them. Don’t be fooled by their professionalism on here, its not like that when you are dealing with them.

MTEC Brakes and their chosen courier abandoned my £70 order in a shared, unsecured communal entrance. When the package went missing, they flatly refused to take responsibility, refused a refund, and completely ignored UK consumer law.
Key Issues:
Negligent Delivery: Parcelforce dumped the package in a shared building entrance without my consent instead of delivering it to my actual flat door or handing it to me directly.
Violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015: Under UK law, goods remain entirely at the retailer’s risk until they come into the physical possession of the buyer. MTEC claimed that simply opening the main building door meant the item was legally delivered.
Refusal to Issue a Refund: Even after I completed their requested Disputed Delivery Claim Form, customer support explicitly refused a refund. They insisted on holding my money hostage while they conduct prolonged police reports and write letters to my neighbours.
Zero Accountability: Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive of courier failure, forcing me to raise a formal PayPal chargeback/dispute to recover my funds.
Save yourself the headache and buy your brake components elsewhere. If your package gets misdelivered or stolen due to their courier's negligence, MTEC will blame you and refuse to refund your money.

2nd set of discs bought for my 21 yr old mini. Rears looked ace, so now changed front. Great service, and quick delivery.

Knowledgeable and professional service.
Great staff , fast delivery and kept updated on delivery all the way.
Thank you 😊

Good customer support when determining the correct discs and pads, quick delivery and very competitive pricing.
Discs and pads are scheduled to be fitted next week but I’ve no reason to suspect that there will be any issues

Customer service was brilliant and very helpful. Delivery was very quick and prompt. I would recommend to others and hope to come back for more business.

Great customer service.
