Really bad customer service. Delivery on website stated 3/5days. They have 0 tracking service. It came after 15days after frustratingly ringing numerous times. Kept on making excuses as to why the delivery is still not dispatched. Considering I live in Birmingham only 2hours away from the company. On top of that NO apology.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company.

Lets start with a positive - the MDF skirting and Architrave were an OK quality and better than some other samples I had asked for online.
I've placed 2 orders totalling well over 2k. Missed deliveries x5... yes 5 times I was promised a dispatch or a delivery for it not to happen.
Huge charges for a delivery.
Ordered 4.4m lengths to be told 4.2 were manufactured
Paid for 1st order over the phone to be told 1 week later I hadn't placed an order (they did eventually find it, only then did I get an invoice)
If you want an example of how this business is run.... Look at the claims on their homepage and then read the terms and conditions - They just don't match, so somewhat pointless.
I would suggest that whilst I am sure they are a good supplier, they have set up a website and can't cope with the amount of orders they receive. (Evidence of this would be that for 1 of my missed dispatch dates I was told items were not sent "as we only have 1 man that packs and he was to busy to get the shipment out).
The upshot of all this is I lost money with day rate carpenters because M R Mouldings don't, in reality, offer the speed of service they claim. When they do give you dates, even when you allow contingency time, the delivery date is missed and it costs. Buy from somewhere else or if you are local perhaps collection would be a better solution

After 3 weeks of not receiving delivery, I cancelled and got a refund.

Used panelling and skirting boards for our living room reno - really high quality products which have finished off the room nicely! Very happy

Great product selection and super pleased with the result. Am new to DIY but think I’ve done a super job!!

Dado rails were perfect, easy to order. Would highly recommend.

First order and was very impressed at the level of service. Wasn’t quite sure on sizes but gave me advice and the finished job looks excellent.

Quality skirting, and great customer service advice. Will be using for future projects, thanks!

Really happy with the experience. High quality architrave that looks fantastic! Thanks

Mr mouldings have not been very helpful all through the process even before I placed the order. My advice is to go to another mouldings/skirting company that actually wants to help and send you samples. This company won’t even do that

Very well oganised. If you have any problems they are dealt with very sitly and profetionaly. Good dealer.

I ordered twice from this company some dado rails and mouldings. However, each time, they say that there is a "machine issue" and the delivery took 2 weeks to arrive. On the last delivery, the delivery company abandoned the product outside our front door, without a phone call or checking that it was ok. Anybody could have stolen the goods.
The product is ok, but nothing special. I won't be buying from them again and I would not recommend using this company.
