Poor customer service
Paid £23 delivery for a single length of cornice to arrive damaged in 2 places emailed them although they offered to send a replacement I couldn’t wait a couple of days for the delivery because I had to install the item as I was going on holiday so I had to fill sand and prime at my own expense and time I emailed Customer service again and it’s gone radio silent I’m more annoyed about them not replying to my emails anymore I’d have been more then happy if they’d just reimburse me for the delivery wouldn’t recommend them and won’t be using them again.

The DK delivery company driver was very helpful. All of the mouldings are lovely and as I hoped! If you’re thinking about ordering I highly recommend MR Mouldings Limited for all your MDF!
