My first purchase from the MDF store and the whole experience was excellent. I initially ordered samples of the dado and then a number of dado pieces. It was despatched and delivered quickly. It was packaged really well and I’m super happy with the service given and the quality of your product. I also liked the fact that I received a personal email notification from an actual member of staff at the company. Highly recommend.

This was the first time I used MDF Store I was really pleased with the service from the off..brilliant communication ..so good to get personal service from Vicky.

We ordered architraves and the delivery was super fast – next-day delivery, exactly as promised. The products are very good quality, well finished and exactly what we were looking for.

Yes, it may be a little more expensive than some alternatives, but this is absolutely not a negative. Good products and excellent service are worth paying for, and in this case the quality fully justifies the price.

Ordered MDF skirting and architrave from their website. Ordered on 3rd September 2025 and turned up on 9th September 2025 exactly when they said it would. Both the quality of the profile and the coverage of the Primer coat were excellent. Received an email the day before to let me know it was coming. Would definately order again from this company, excellant service.

Having had an issue with Dado in Milton Keynes, due to it mainly being new houses!! Only boring designs over here, I needed to urgently match some dado that is over 20 years old. Came across the MDF Store, and low and behold they had it, spoke to Martin, explained and asked if they had it in stock, he called me back within 10 mins and they had one length, I needed two, and they sprung into action to make me another length within the hour. We drove over to Banbury and Vicki could not have been more helpful… so Thankyou to the team, who sprang into action, this allowed the team here to continue to do their jobs.

First time using this company, after researching mdf oval beading 4mtr lengths needed for my room. EXCELLENT customer service - after placing my order I was contacted by phone and text by 'Vicki' just checking my measurement requirements, and after discussion they were happy to slightly alter the measurements to better suit my needs. The 2 x 4mtr lengths arrived within time-frame stated, very robustly packaged, and slightly oversized to allow for any slight end damage. Excellent quality primed mdf, VERY pleased with the product and the service received from this company. Would definitely use again, THANK YOU from a happy customer.

The MDF store is a great company to deal with offering a high quality product. I needed Ovolo skirting in non standard sizes and they were able to provide this. Also I requested a specific delivery day which was arranged without any fuss. Vicki was very helpful with any questions I had and the product is of an excellent quality so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the MDF store

Sorry I don’t agree with ‘great prices and delivery reviews’. I was looking for some round edge MDF bead. Advertised at £15.99 for 2200mm lengths. Put 3 in my basket to then find my check out cost was just under £100 due to a ‘production and delivery cost’ almost doubling the price. Yeah I get delivery but ‘production’. I don’t order goods elsewhere a pay a production cost. Should advertise the produced price plus just delivery. Emptied my basket and went elsewhere for half the cost.

I have had such terrible experiences with companies selling similar items, so I tried this retailer and am so glad I did!

The product range of high-end (high) skirting boards for my period property is the best, and Vicki from customer care has been superb in advising where my items were. One length of skirting was damaged, but a quick email to customer care resulted in a free replacement being made and sent free of charge with my next order.

This is how online decorating supplies shopping as it should be - fast, efficient and super helpful/friendly.

I would never use another retailer of MDF supplies (and there are so many crooks out there in this industry) so a huge thank you!
