Absolute waste of money and time.

Avoid buying here, seems to be mixed reviews.

Buy my experience has been awful, ordered lost in London over 6, maybe 9 months ago maybe even longer 😕, and still hasn’t been received.

Mr jury contacted me twice via phone call to take the reviews down from trust pilot and promised to resend the items on both occasions, to my surprise nothing showed up. Honestly, looking at other people experiences it’s clear he doesn’t really care about people spending hard earned money on his products and not sending them.
Terrible!!

Would give it lower if I could literally watched this guy for ages on tik tok he got me into fragrances so I trusted him then ordered his se21 oil in November and still haven’t received it don’t respond to emails and messages even just joined his live and he kept missing my questions why I haven’t received it on purpose keep my 10 pound 😂

DO NOT BUY FROM MRJURY!!! I ordered my fragrance on the 6th of November and still yet to receive it. I have emailed mrjury and have received no response. Even commented on social media pages but he has been deleting comments. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAMMER!!!!

Ordered an oil off his website months ago, I tried messaging him on insta multiple times and all I got was yo bro nothing else, I’ve ordered from him two times before and both came on time and the customer service was good, but now it seems like it’s went down hill, will not be ordering from here again it’s a joke, no response about when my oil will be here probs won’t ever get here tbh

Terrible service. Ordered multiple fragrances back in November and had nothing, tried to contact through email and through social media and no reply’s. Taking people’s money. Stay away from this.

I placed an order with him at the beginning of November, but it has never been sent or delivered.
I’ve sent numerous emails without getting any response, so I tried to contacting him on social media. There, this scumbag promises to sort things out, but nothing happens.
Stay away from this idiot.

Customer service doesn’t exist with this clown. Ordered a fragrance oil start of November, still yet to receive it. Reached out on email, tik tok and other social media platforms multiple times, ignored on all of them!

Dont buy stuff from this scammer. He is even not worth 1 star. I order a lot of perfume in march of 2023 and he promised everything but never got any perfume of refund..
He blocked me on everything so I can not reach this guy.

He is a real SCAMMER, THIEF, ROBBER, for more than ten months and I don't know anything.

Deserves a 0 star.. the guy doesn't even respond to emails or messages on social media, placed an order on the 8th Oct hasn't been shipped or anything, had to proceed to claim my money back through the bank...AVOID this man.

Didn’t even want to give one star, ordered oils back in October never received, sent emails never replied sent messages on social media never replied, don’t bother buying from the con man,

If I could give zero starts I would. A massive warning to everyone, do not buy from this absolute con man. 6 months I have been waiting for my order, and nothing. He is full of false promises and talks utter rubbish. Assured me that the order will be sent and hasn’t. Doesn’t respond to emails and once he has your money he couldn’t care a less whether you get your order or not. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I have all the emails, messages and communication to prove it. The only thing he is missing is a mask and a striped jumper, at least the infamous highway man had the decency to wear one when he robbed his victims!!

My experience with Jurys has been a long, and regrettable journey.
Mostly on my part, for being too trusting - for which I will be able to prove every single thing I’m about to say.
First off, the products are fantastic. Bond Street, I’d wear every day if I could. On its own it’s great, layered with other fragrances it’s even better.
But that opened up a very deep, and still to this day, ongoing rabbit hole.
I’d seen a few of his videos on instagram and saw he had some oils for sale… very cheap, I thought why not. First mistake. Over a month had passed, and no word on shipping. I emailed and commented, and got ignored. So started to comment passive aggressive things on his frequent social media posts, to be very quickly met with deleted comments, and a barrage of abuse in my dms (@j0estaples message me for proof) and then a super convenient email the very next day that my order was on the way, after a very long month of waiting, it actually arrived.
I really did want to hate it after the ballache, but the products do infact exist, and they are good. I used them up pretty quickly, as I said, they are great products. Made a second order for his bond street edp, had to chase it up several times, but it arrived maybe 3 weeks after ordering. Again, I have proof. 3 weeks for him isn’t bad given my experience with him, however next day delivery is promised on his site.
My next order, is where the fun begins… 3 weeks pass and still no update. I begin to bombard his TikTok, first few comments get deleted, but I comment on everything. He asks me to message him on instagram, to which I oblige. He gives me his personal phone number and asks me to message him on WhatsApp, he have a very short chat and he assures me a replacement is on the way… it’s been nearly a year and I’m still waiting.
I thought maybe after all this time, maybe he would have fixed his ways. So I order again, a month later the bottles arrive, smashed, and the envelope dripping… hundreds of thousands he’s making a year apparently, yet I received a fantastic smelling damp 50p envelope, emailed no response, shock.
I again in my own error, made an order on 07/11, still no update, and his website still claims next day shipping, what a joke. Avoid at all costs. If your order does arrive, you’ll get something that smells fantastic. If like me, and all the other customers he claims are “fake” who he’s robbed, he’s an absolute shithouse, who scams people and then boasts on TikTok about how much money he’s made, when real people are out of pocket.
Again @j0estaples on insta, twitter for proof of his absolutely shambolic attempt at being a businessman, he couldn’t organize a shit in a toilet. This down to earth, holier than thou act is nothing more than that, he’s just as fake as every other influencer out there. Royal mail aren’t delayed, messaging on WhatsApp means nothing, your order hasn’t been replaced. He’s so full of it it’s embarrassing. This review also will not be taken down by me per his request, I’ve dealt with him too many times to know he will not live up to any promise made. I don’t care if my order turns up at this point. It hasn’t been sent anyway. But if you are reading this, avoid him. He’s a paid plant, and not one that grows. One that’s filled with shit and stinks.

I am now accepting the fact that this parcel isn’t coming. It’s pushing 3 weeks now since I ordered the fragrance oils from this website and I haven’t received them. I was in contact with the owner of the company and he claimed to have sent my order out but still nothing yet. I already put a review on around a week ago but I deleted it as he got in contact with me and I thought the order would have arrived by now but that wasn’t the case. Really gutted about this as I liked this guy and his content.

Worst customer service, ive waited almost 3 weeks now and my item still hasnt been shipped, this guy doesnt even respond to emails or messages or anything. I cant even get a refund cuz in order to get it this lazy scammer needs to respond to his email

Where do I even start, this doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, I ordered from this website 2 months ago I waited and waited I then messaged the owner on instagram no replies, I eventually got ahold of him and he said my parcel got lost and how another parcel will be sent out, he didn’t provide tracking, all he does is ignore and dodge you for days weeks months on end, he then blocked me on WhatsApp when I tried calling his number to figure out what was going on, If you could post pictures on here I would to show proof and how dodgy this guy is, it’s a shame really!! He claims to be a genuine guy on tiktok etc but is ripping off and scamming many people out of their hard earned money. I’ve read and heard about people experiencing the same issue as me, Stay well away from this company complete con!!! ❌❌❌

Ordered a fragrance and waited over a 2 weeks for a delivery even though it stated 3 day delivery still no oil arrived tried contacting via email and tik tok and no reply in the end had to contact my bank to get the money refunded will avoid at all costs and will not be ordering again

I ordered it weeks ago. Nothing came, so I emailed with no response—bad business. Please don't buy from him people.
