I order mine last week and still hasn’t come and emailed me recently tha the jersey I ordered if sold out and waiting for a restock it was the Liverpool third kit with Isak 9 on the back and I got an email way before that it was ready to be shipped and delivered I tried to ask for a refund and they never got back to me 🤬🤬

Update so after saying I can't get a refund my items are not in stock and what shirts would I like instead, but still won't give me a refund. An absolute joke of a company

Ordered three shirts but after reading reviews of the delivery time taking weeks and how the size of the shits are not true tried to cancel within 1 hour of the orderer being placed. Was told I was too late as the order had been processed, when I receive the items I will update with delivery time should be quick as it was processed in under an hour. Will also comment how far out the sizes are. Have contacted PayPal for assistance.

Brought a few shirts of them, amazing quality the sizing you should always size up but that being said the player version and the normal version is great the quality and speedy delivery.. I had a problem with two other shirts sent them over the pictures more than happy to help and they sent out new shirts.

Extremely helpful team at Kits26. I wanted a shirt that wasn’t on their website and they went out of their way to source exactly what I was looking for. They replied to emails quickly and when the shirt arrived, the quality was absolutely brilliant. They could charge more and still be an absolute bargain. Brilliant service - delivery took a little while but for a custom shirt that would have cost a hell of a lot more otherwise, I have no complaints

Really bad sizing - my husband is usually L and XXL didn’t fit him. Be cautious when buying as the cost of returning an item that doesn’t fit, is the same as the actual top. And the return is at your own expense.

Ordered 2 home Netherlands top also a home Nigerian top. Two came can't complaint about the quality they are amazing, but still one shirt missing. I've been in contact with kits26 got a new tracking order that ended up being stuck at customers, I raised this concern then got told the next day that it's been delivered. Which is hasn't, such a shame because the 2 I did receive at quality, I use to use clubretros but they've disappeared, now I have to go & find another site because kits26 seem like there trying to con me out of my third shirt that I paid for lm

I ordered a football jersey from kits26.com several weeks ago, expecting prompt delivery based on their advertised “fast worldwide shipping” and positive customer service claims. Unfortunately, the item never arrived, leading to a deeply frustrating and suspicious experience that I strongly advise others to avoid.
After the expected delivery window passed with no updates or tracking information, I contacted their support team multiple times via email and other channels. I received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication forced me to initiate a dispute through my bank to recover my funds.
Shortly afterward, I was contacted via WhatsApp. The representative asked for my order details, promising to “reorder” the item — but only if I first closed the active dispute. I declined and instead requested a full refund. A couple of days later, they responded claiming there was an ongoing PayPal dispute preventing the refund, and again insisted I close it before they could process anything.
This was particularly alarming because I never paid through PayPal — the transaction was made directly via card. The insistence on closing the dispute before any resolution, combined with the false information and earlier radio silence, raises serious red flags about their practices.
I have since reiterated my request for a full refund under applicable consumer rights and will pursue it through my bank if necessary. As it stands, I have neither received the product nor my money back.
Do not order from kits26.com. The combination of non-delivery, unresponsive initial support, and manipulative follow-up tactics strongly suggests this is not a reliable or trustworthy company. Save your money and shop elsewhere for football kits. I regret the purchase and hope my experience helps others avoid the same loss.

I have always used DHgate for years now but saw kits26 advertised on TikTok so I thought I would try them. I ordered the new Arsenal jersey and requested the gold premier league patch on the arm, it took almost a month to be delivered. When i got it it had the incorrect patch on the arm and part of the front of jersey sponsor was peeling off. I have messaged them and got no response back. Very poor service and will not be buying off them again. Never had any issues with DHgate and should have stuck with them.

I was sceptical about ordering these as I’d never heard of them before but seen them on a Facebook ad and thought I’d give them a try. I usually buy genuine kits for my son but wow these are amazing, I can’t fault them at all. My son is over the moon with his 3 new kits and for a fraction of the price we would have paid for genuine ones. You can’t go wrong. Safe to say we will be ordering from these from now on. Arrived within 3 weeks too so not too bad. Highly recommend

Very nice customers and good quality

I placed an order for the world cup away kit, as being someone who has always been faithful to the club and purchased through the official stores, I have finally had enough of the ever increasing prices, so after a bit of research found Kits26.

As I say, I ordered the WC England away kit, with printing for my 8 year old son, at a third of the ‘nike’ price.

The shirt has taken 2ish weeks to arrive, but I am blown away by the quality, with matching numbers front and back of the shirt and also the shorts. The socks are not quite an exact match but £30 over upwards or £100 (if buying shirt/shorts and socks) the I can live with that.

Its yet to be washed etc but presently, all seems great!!

I’ll be returning at the start of the new premier league season.

Do not use. Ordered items 2 items, received 1 which was terrible and no update on the other item despite 4 emails and WhatsApp messages. Don’t order use this company - takes the same length of time as DHgate, quality is no better and impossible to get a response

Been waiting 4 weeks, didn’t receive anything, service is terrible, since I asked for a refund there is no communication anymore. Probably lost my money, for me this is a big scam!!!

Great kits, ordered New England kits for little ones, great quality and fit, order was initially wrong but great customer service sorted out quickly and delivered promptly.

I ordered 3 shirts. Only two arrived. They are very small fitting. I ordered in large, they are both physically different sizes. Apart from that the quality is good. Shipping is slow!

I have contacted you about these issues and it is very slow responses. Your option to me for the issues is that I should purchase more shirts with a minimal discount.

I will continue to update this review as things change and missing items are received.

As promised updating my review and response as things progress. Customer service have been on the ball and offered a solution I am happy with. Once I receive my missing item etc. I will update again.

Once more. I cannot stress the quality of the actual shirts are amazing. Real deal style. I cannot fault the shirt quality of fabric etc.
