Total nightmare to deal with. Didn't send confirmation mail - yes I checked my spam! Kept asking me to look at my spam folder despite me repeating that I had not received mail.

Brilliant! Arrived quickly, worked perfectly and got us out of a tricky situation with no WiFi. Signal was great and the refund was processed promptly after I returned the box.
Will definitely use again.

Avoid completely.
Very unimpressed with these people. Purchased temporary internet, it was running at 2mbps, I complained and they agreed to send out another. However, I was told I had to send the other router back via the post office there and then (I was told this at 4pm giving me just one hour - no consideration for what I might be doing). And told no refund for the 2mbps speed as I was clearly getting some wifi, even though it literally couldn't be any slower. Really awful customer service.

Can’t fault them as a company. Lifesaver for part time internet, very reactive customer service team. Sometimes had low speeds but doesn’t take away anything from my view on them as it only affecting downloading something once in the 10 days I used the service

Would 1 million percent recommend and use again if need be. Brilliant company

Got us connected when we were let down by our ISP during our house move. As we work from home this was critical and the equipment arrived the next morning following the news we wouldn't have internet connectivity for over a week.

Very good service and very easy to return, even when my wife threw out the prepaid return sticker ! Would recommend!

I have used the moving internet twice now and for both times it was for about 1 week. No drop in bandwidth, fast internet for videos and online meetings for two people. I cannot comment on how it would perform for multiple people and devices but the average speed was 35Mb.

Needed temporary internet until ours was fitted. Arrived when it said it would and did exactly what we wanted. Deposit refunded as soon as unit had been sent back and received.

A great interim way of still having Wifi when you move. Fast delivery of device, easy to add additional days if needed and quick refund of deposit.

The service and delivery of the router was good but the router had inconsistent functionality and at times poor signal. It was an expensive and rather limited solution while we waited for our broadband installation.

Needed a short term internet option after moving house, this was perfect. Decent speed, allowed me to work from home and watch HD TV, good price, quick delivery and prompt return of the deposit. Great idea and well executed.

Brilliant service the router provided full WiFi coverage all around my house and worked better than a normal supplier I was able to run gaming, tv streaming, iPads and PC all at the same time with no issues. Very easy service to deal with would recommend to anyone very fast delivery and instant return of my deposit all in all very professional company. Thank you

First couple days the reception was acceptable but from day 3 to 9 appalling, hence the reason sending router back couple days earlier.
