So pleased I got my dog jacket from Mountain Dog - I bought a harness and glacier jacket for my year old vizsla - the day the jacket arrived it started snowing so got to try it out and my dog loves it, it keeps her dry and warm and def recommend these for anyone 😀

Great products and excellent customer service. Recently purchased a dog harness light and unfortunately it came disconnected from the quick release on the first walk (lost). Mountain dog quickly responded to my email and offered a replacement straight away - can't fault them at all.

The clip on a dog training lead I had purchased broke off almost 12 months into the guarantee period. I received a replacement in the post within 2 days of reporting this. I would like to thank both Mountain Dog and the manufacturer (DNA) for dealing with this so promptly.

Ordered ruffware boots. In a month then toe had cracked. Contacted customer service, you have to go back to ruffware with codes as to the purchase, which for me is an unnecessary hassle, as I bought it from Mountain dog.
As it was, we then lost the boot on a walk, so having procrastinated with the ( for me) hassle of another company and codes, it doesn't matter anymore.
I can't remember the date I contacted them, but not exactly jumping with joy.( Summit tex)

This company has fantastic customer service.
I bought 2 sizes of boots and forgot to return the size I didn't need before going on holiday which meant going over the 14 days return policy. I emailed with my problem and Paul at Mountain Dog was so helpful.
I will definitely be using Mountain Dog for purchases in the future.

I bought 2 Swamp cooler vests for my long haired GSDs. They both feel the heat as they are mainly black (& tan).
They are well made & reasonably priced. I love the color. They arrived quickly too.
My older dog, Moose was really overheating at night. There is no heating on. Last night we put the coat on & he finally slept.
Today they’ve both worn the cooling coats & relaxed on their beds.
I’d highly recommend them & I know the dogs love them !!

Have been buying from mountain dog for years. Good quality products, exactly as described and promptly delivered.

Because of the age my dog started shuffling her feet and these shoes protect her paws well. They are soft and she does not feel much constraint in them. We had tried previously some sturdy dog shoes - these didn't work. She would refuse to walk in them because it was too exhausting for her.
These shoes are great - they sit well on paws, don't slide (I put them with the velcro part in front of the leg). Quite rarely they would come off (usually when my dog is in a very agitated state or steps with one paw on the shoe of another one).
I appreciated clear information on how to select the right size of the shoes for my dog - they fitted her perfectly.
I think I will get additional, longer pair for her for the rainy weather.

Received the harness really quickly, and it was well packaged.

My 7 month old Yorkie puppy recently escaped from a different (well known) harness, which terrified me. Luckily I managed to catch her, but I then did a lot of research about different types of harness.

The Hurtta Safeguard Harness ECO came out on top. The information on the Moutain Dog website was clear, detailed and accurate and enabled me to choose the correct size.

I've used it now in the smallest size for over a week. Despite her best efforts, the puppy has remained harnessed and safe.

It's easy to fit to her size, easy to put on and take off, and she clearly feels comfortable in it because she waits patiently while I put it on.

I highly recommend both the company and the harness.
