I received the best quote out of all as I tried carwow, motorway, motorpoint, webuyanycar.
The car was inspected and payment was quickly made while we waited.
Very smooth process. Definitely recommended!
One suggestion is that their website can be a bit glitchy sometimes.

Provided all requested information, agreed on a price, arranged a booking. Poor communication on day of collection, had to chase the company to see if they were still coming. When the guy arrived he took pictures of the car and damaged that had already been discussed when arranging the quote. He rang his boss and was told they no longer wanted to buy the car and left. I turned down alternative offers to wait for this collection but now have to start again with selling elsewhere

Was first sceptical as it’s came up on a Facebook ad, after some research I found all the great reviews and got a valuation instantly. Sold my car with these guys today and could recommend more, the car was picked up at and address I chose ,they was the highest bid out of all other competitors and was a hassle free ,easy process. Tee came and picked up our car after weeks of it being rearranged after being sold! He explained everything really clearly to us and even helped negotiate the price on our behalf against the garage! Even after a little delay his customer service was amazing! After a few hiccups, we can’t fault Tee! Thank you so much Tee!

Sam and Sunny, plugged in a gadget that read there were some errors, which were forwarded to Hilton, who came back with an offer less £700. The guys were off to another car pickup after mine and expected to get back to Derby at 6-7 pm. To my amazement, the next morning I went onto the Hilton site, and there was my car for sale with 40 gallery photos. Did their engineers work through the night correcting the errors? I spoke with a friend who is a mechanical engineer; he said the errors could be old and something as easy as the handbrake being left on when driven! He also said they should have reset the log to only show current errors. Not happy about being conned. So if this happens to you, question the use of the scanner, and maybe visit a garage that can reset the unit.

I heard about MotorMoolah from a neighbour while I was trying to take photos to advertise my car on another platform. I decided to give them a try and had a really positive experience selling my car through them. Their initial offer was over £2,000 higher than that of a very well-known car-buying company that advertises everywhere, and importantly, they didn’t reduce their offer when they arrived to inspect the car.

The whole process was quick and smooth, right from the first contact. The person who got in touch after I submitted my details was very reassuring and guided me through the remaining steps, making everything straightforward and stress-free.

The only area I think could be improved is the photo submission process, as there are a few limitations that make it less convenient than it could be.

Apart from that, everything went really well. A great experience overall, and I’d happily recommend MotorMoolah!

Quick n fair

Professional service from start to finish. Was the best price for my car.
Sale was well guided and supported as I had never done anything like this before. Pick up driver was very friendly putting me at ease instantly, his name was Mohammed Abubaker who work for SB vehicle logistics. Would recommend this company, and would use again.

First impressions were not good. Sent all the pictures of my vehicle, got my valuation quote. They rang me to discuss my vehicle, sound quality was awful it was like I was on loud speaker and so was the whole office.
Finally agreed on the price, booked my collection date.
They sent a driver who took more photos and sent it back to Hilton garages in derby who rang me for a renegotiation call. I was originally offer £7,300 and they tried to offer me £6000.
Told them I was no longer interested and that was way lower than agreed.
Person on the phone tried to fob me off to say he was going to speak to his manager. Another call back they then offered £6,800 telling me whey were concerned about future car problem although they knew the cars age and service history.
Very stressful time and could not recommend their service to anyone.

Seems a bit naff. Just a comparison site. Came up with two offers who would be interested, Carwow and Local auction. The local auction price was a mickey take being 9 grand lower than the Car wow offer of £10500, who I had already entered my car into.
