Early morning messages
I had a look and put in my details but not used them. They then out of the blue message me at 7am when I was still asleep with an advertising txt. The “Stop” option does not work and I can’t even block them on my phone which is rather suspicious.

I only gave it 4 star but this was not down to Dan but because it was frustrating waiting for collection when he had to change collection on two occasions with the transport firms . The third firm who collected were very good

I sold my car through Motormoolah with the help of Dan that works there. There is nothing negative to write about or anything bad to say.
It all went smoothly, the communication was great and very understanding about the delay in collection as I was waiting for my new car to be delivered. They also didn’t try to haggle or knock the price down like wbac did! Would recommend to anyone.

Great selling experience
Jade made this process extremely easy. I used the online valuation tool late in the evening and by the following day, I had already received a firm offer based on the vehicles condition. The valuations are by far the best when compared to other car buying sites. Easy process when dropping the vehicle off, a quick check over of the car to verify its condition, and then payment was received straight away (Not like the other garages on Motorway that exist to secure vehicles at a unrealistic price on the auction to beat the reputable dealers and then look to screw you down when coming to collect the car)
I would use Hilton Garage again due to its seamless process.

Avoid!!!
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Awful service! Filled the online valuation awaiting a very long time for a response. Kept messaging the customer service everyday kept promising me a call back and a quick response, nothing just dragged me along. All the waiting to come back and say vehicle isn’t in their criteria!!! And apologise that I was speaking to their ai service. Absolutely time wasters avoid! Don’t waste half hour uploading your photos to get an unrealistic valuation and them to keep you dreaming for days.
4.5 on trustpilot? Think their AI bots did the reviews for them.

A refreshingly user friendly and professional experience
We'd volunteered to sell our daughters Fiat 500 as she cant use it whilst at University (no available parking!), so it was just sitting at home depreciating, and she needed to turn it back into cash. I visited our local Fiat Dealer who were just not interested, so I listed the car on Motorway, and booked an appointment with Webuyanycar. I was telling a friend that this was all getting a bit clunky, and the offers a little silly and frustrating considering the really good condition of the car. They suggested that we try Motormoolah. We were so glad that they did!!! - My wife uploaded the details online and I took the car straight over to Hilton same day. What a difference!, we were immediately offered fair price online which was about £400 better than webuyanycar, and which was head and shoulders above the Fiat dealer. As for Motorway, that was just a total waste of time as the offer that we got on the platform was just silly - and it was nowhere near what they had guided after half a day uploading all the data.
Jade at Motormoolah was just brilliant from the get go, she was very thorough and professional, but also really easy to talk to and to ask questions of. There was absolutely no pressure; we simply agreed on a price once the car had been thoroughly checked over, and that price was actually no different to what we've been offered online earlier in the day.
This was a really user friendly transaction in the space of about an hour on site at Hilton, which after faffing about with the others for most of the week (and me getting nowhere fast), was so refreshing that it was actually a pleasure! Thanks Jade, and very best wishes from the whole family at this end!!

Time wasters
Provided all requested information, agreed on a price, arranged a booking. Poor communication on day of collection, had to chase the company to see if they were still coming. When the guy arrived he took pictures of the car and damaged that had already been discussed when arranging the quote. He rang his boss and was told they no longer wanted to buy the car and left. I turned down alternative offers to wait for this collection but now have to start again with selling elsewhere
