No benefit to an honest customer

Loan itself was pretty easy and they pay out quite quickly. APR is very high though. The only problem I have found since taking this loan out it’s every single week without fail (even on the days I don’t need to make a payment as I pay everything Thursday) I am consistently being harassed for payment days earlier and it’s very, very frustrating keep explaining the same thing over and over and over. Due to this I would definitely not get another out. I can’t wait to get it paid off so I’ll be left alone!

Agent texts early hours of the morning!
Getting the loan was ok. However last Thursday I got a text off Mandy my agent asking me to pay as it was Bank hol on good Fri. I paid it no problem but it really annoyed me as my payments are due on Fridays. Anyway easy forward to this Friday and I get a text at 8.36am asking me to pay. In no uncertain terms I told her she was taking the mick. I will be calling head office and paying from now on so she doesn’t get her commission. At least wait until I’m overdue to text me. Not the day before it’s due and first thing in a morning the day it’s due. Jeez! Won’t be using again once I’m paid up.
Been waiting a week for someone to contact me.
I applied for loan with Morses Club & got a call the next day saying that I had been accepted for £300, after going through the pre-contract information with the agent & registering on the app I was asked to send wages slips to an email address he gave me & once they'd received them & reviewed them, I'd get the loan or they'd be in touch if they needed anything else, that was a week ago & I haven't heard anything back yet. At this point I don't know what's going on as I haven't had any contact since the initial call with the agent.

I would not use Morses for a loan
I would not use Morses for a loan, one complete waste of time of a company. I applied for a loan yesterday, to be told I had initially been approved depending on my financial income/expenditure, to which I was told I would now be contacted within 3 days by an agent in order to go through my income and expenditure with me. This never happened. I was contacted today, to be told that my application had on this occasion been unsuccessful despite the fact that Morses never checked my financial income and expenditure prior to them making that decision. Morses had instead gone through my credit reference file to make that decision which is a joke to say as Morses are meant to consider a possible customers income and expenditure and not go on just their credit file alone. I found that to be an utter disgrace and my application to be a complete waste of my time.
I contacted Morses to request to know why my application had been refused yet I heard nothing whatsoever back from Morses. Says it all!!
Morses interests rates are through the roof. You have a loan for £300 and you will be paying £525 back over a just over 6 month period.
I therefore, do question as to why door to door loan sharks like Morses, can be given a decent rating on here, when their interest rates are nothing less than pure robbery? and when they do not deal with a customers application correctly? and to finalise, Morses do not like it when an enquiring customer queries their refusal hence no reply back from Morses? From my overall negative outcome with Morses.. keep away from these evil door to door loan sharks and struggle it through as we have now chosen and prefer to do. Undermining companies like Morses prey on vulnerable low income persons which should be stopped once and foreall. They are only nice to certain individuals whom they know they can and do rake huge interest profits from. That interest could be saved and spent on better things than companies like these.

I think morses loans are very good and they are so supportive and have been for me at all times.
Stay well clear
Had a few issues and paid a partial payment for an instalment.
Morses Club took no time at all in marking my credit file with a missed payment. 99 points straight off my credit score.
Lodged a compmplaint which was an absolute waste of time. The person dealing with the complaint couldn't even read the accounts page to see that I had actually overpaid by £20.00. I have vowed never again to touch these cowboys once this loan is paid off.
Next step is a complaint to the FOS once the final response letter is received.
A dreadful shower and an absolute waste of space.
Stay well clear.

Horrible company. Harassing agent lying to parents
Absolutely deplorable company. Taken out a £400 loan to repay £700 and was going through financial difficulty which resulted in missing payments. Constant harassment from agent, agent manager and customer service. The agent in particular would be most harassing, would send text messages saying you have excellent credit rating which I want you to keep, please make a wee payment. Really must think we are all stupid. Such an insulting thing to say, if I had excellent credit rating I would not be having to repay daylight robbery interest rates. Also constant harassment at my parents house and even telling my mum her own credit rating was at risk with me failing to make payments, how low can someone sink to a pensioner which such false statements. They must all sit round a table and think what crap can we spin today. Even put a complaint in and guess what? The lying agent (Margaret) denies saying that at all and also denies visiting my mums house several times even when informed I no longer stay there and even customer service complaints department side with them. All cut from the same cloth. Maybe about time they depart just like the low life provident and loans at home.

I looked online and asked for a loan ,a man called Tony rang I called him back the following day after he left many messages on my voicemail, I said to him I needed to borrow he told me to download the app and would ring me in the afternoon. The man turned up at the door he had no Identification on him he said hes here about the loan I said to him your said you would ring he said I was in the area so thought I would call by instead as he has no identification and looked untidy I didn't want to just let him in I said I would talk to him at the door he wasn't happy with that at all he said I can't do it then and will ring me when he has time I rang him the next day he wouldn't answer.

I got a loan of £400 and was told I will repay back £700. I was desperate and accepted the loan. I never missed payment from September to the first week of March. I wanted to buy a car and contacted Morseclub to get an extra £200. I was told that it was not possible at that time.
Few weeks later, I called morseclub to ask whether I can pay the renewal fee which was £122 so that I renew my loan of £400. I was also told that according to their policy, it was not possible. I made some extra payments and I do not understand how that money is used in the system.
I complained to the agent that anytime I want extra money, it is not possible and I preferred to clear the balance with £132 and I will never use morseclub again in my life.

I do not recommend
I do not recommend. They cheat in the panel that you can apply for a new loan after 10 weeks. Despite monthly payments, they show you are in arrears after a week.
