What a load of crap,pass you on to different numbers, never ring you at right time,never give you a decision, we'll avoid

I applied one day and within 2 days I had the payment in my bank within 10 mins, From start to finish it was all done proffessionally. They done the checks they needed to and I was happy to go ahead. My agent, Paul from Blackburn office is very helpful and can contact him without any problems, and if he cant sort things he passes it on to management. Very Happy Thank you Paul for all your help in dealing with me.

I would give 0 stars if possible , after nearly two years I have received contact from a second company to say accounts have been passed to them by morses club for debt collection. I had been paying the lady at my door weekly in cash and had paid off the loan. And after two years I don’t have the receipts anymore(why would I keep them I was done with them) phoned today to get nothing but rudeness and attitude on the phone, have contacted the police as this is fraud!
The lady on the phone who was rude effectively called me a liar without using the words! Utterly appalling! Not professional
Rudely said she would raise my concerns but!!
But nothing someone who worked from you has been stealing and conveniently no longer works for you!

Stay far away from this company it’s nothing but trouble

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I'm on benefits and they are quite happy to take the last £200 to my name and leave with absolutely nothing! I've got a child to feed! I requested a refund and they refused it after promising me it would be in my account the day after my complaint! My

I have with company for years now paid every week, asked if I could renew a loan and was turned down. Not happy with them.

Been with this company for over ten years never missed a payment,tried to renew my loan today and got turned down.I am so disappointed will never use this company again.

Customer services none existent emailed nearly 2 weeks ago due to them putting on my credit file missed payment in April even though made last payment in May looked at my credit file update today now saying missed may aswell app says loan payed either the app isn't working properly or someone is ? Not happy maybe leaving a review might get someone to actually do something instead of a useless email saying we take complaints seriously

Disgusting crafty company.. I've had 2 or 3 loans out with the same agent ... I owe £50 that is it I haven't missed a payment .. my partner also has 1 out with them... I applied for a renewal on my loan ..CANT .. tried to get a new loan CANT .. agent and company saying new rules have been added to our company .. all this crap .. my credit limit is higher than my partner's I owe less than her and partner still gets offered... something has seriously went haywire in this company... And they wonder why people miss payments or don't pay at all it's because .. they are fast enough to get you in the books so you owe them but when you need help is absolutely zero help ... I have text my agent and her manager about this .. I am actually fuming at the fact they use people .. well anyone comes to my house for a payment I'll be sure to tell them where to go 😁 can't use people they way they do ..it's vile .. an abomination of a company...

Seems lots of fake reviews praising certain agents if I'm honest,we got Lorraine from glasgow as agent no complaints,very nice,wife has friendly chit chat about life's events when paying over phone,loans are tad expensive but when you fall on difficult times at least this company can help you when others wont due to poor credit.this is an honest review from someone who uses them.

My experience was wonderful and enjoy my little chat with Kevin my advisor, he explained everything thoroughly and made it very easy to understand the whole process. I can’t wait to do my business with this Company again.

Took longer than expected because of technical details both ends. But service and helpfulness from my Agent Emma & her other half was outstanding. Recommend standard of customer service 5 Star's.

Terrible company will be taking matters further

I got a loan in December never missed a payment an when I have tried to renew with £80 left on the balance they are saying no how disgusting paying every month on time then treated like you have been a bad customer think it’s shocking especially after paying all

Had a loan last October and paid off got told I could get a second loan 6 months after the app said further credit with a 1 on agent said no then I was told to wait 6months still no then got told to wait to the balance reached £120 to be told yet again it’s a no 2 weeks ago I got my agent ringing me to say that a manager needs to see into the account and I get a response the next day to which no surprise it was rejected then my agent said to wait till the balance is clear so I waited to my surprise it was still rejected this week I got told to wait till Monday as the system clears on a Sunday on Monday got the same it a no my agent said I found out more on the Wednesday as I have a meeting about loan offers so will it be a another no. I’m not complaining about my agent as she has been brilliant

My agent Kevin was very helpful and very patience on gathering details information in processing my loan. He explained to me clearly everything that I need to do and to answers all the questions.

Excellent service, really pleasant and respectable agents. Affordable loans and helped me when i really needed it.

Steve who does the gwent area in wales. Is a horrible man. Beware!
