Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I am a customer of theirs, my credit history has worsened. My flaw is not to speak English well, and I had clearly asked that all communications should be via email, which never happened. I told them in the presence of witnesses that I would have to return to Italy for family problems and I would have solved everything when I returned to the UK.
Yes, yes, no problem was their answer. On my return to the UK? my credit history ruined because of them. I'll sue him

3 years plus with them had 2 loans on…

3 years plus with them had 2 loans on the go 600 on 1 600 on the 2nd after 3 years thought I'd pay off one of the loans bang did so now only owing 400+ on the last loan got it down to 160. Asked them for a loan lol refused me. All I say don't think if you are a good payer that you will get a loan. 600 for 1100 back lol. If we had good credit score we would go to the bank 600 for 640 back.

I needed money for an urgent trip away and Morses Club helped cover the cost when I needed it by having an easy and fair process- I paid back three months early once I got paid and here we are.

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time. I was initially approved on the website, was asked to speak to the manager and was told my loan is approved after checking my credit file but need to go through the details with the agent. I was then told they can’t confirm my identity even though a hard search was placed on my credit file. I can’t do a home visit as I work away.

This company is terrible and unhelpfull…

This company is terrible and unhelpfull and call there customers liers
I paid my loan off and now they have said i missed payments which shows up on my credit score
When speaking to them they said to prove it with bank statement but it was paid cash when the agent collected the money at the door so i can not prove it
This company is the worst i have ever used try and avoid useing them if you can

I used this company for a loan and paid it on time every week and paid it off
and now they have put it on my credit score i have missed 13 payments i have tryed to sort it out with them and they are unhelpful so i had to put it in the hands of the police so please be careful when useing this company

Rubbish Service. So Unprofessional

I have only been a new customer of theirs for about two months now if that.The woman who called at mine to sort the loan out seemed friendly enough. However i changed my mobile number and Morse's where the first to have that new mobile number of mine which was sent not only to my agent who sorted the loan for me, but also her manager too. All seemed fine until about three weeks ago i was just on my way out my back kitchen door to get into my car as i had an emergency vet appointment for my cat when there was a banging at my door plus my video doorbell was rang several times too. This was not a genuine knock or bell ringing. It sounded like police trying to brake into my home. As said i had an emergency and needed to get my cat to the vets. However this knocking and bell ringing was persistent so i went and answered the door. To my surprise the woman who originally gave me the home visit and loan was standing on my front door step. I was a bit surprised to see her there as these agents are not local, just around the corner, and travel over an hour to reach me. Anyhow i said hello and she had this iPad thingy in her hand and instead of saying sorry to disturb you and call on you with an unannounced visit, she just said very loudly you are a week behind. Wow this woman was older than me and i am 54 years old. She stunned me with her attitude. Now do not get me wrong i have been in security for nearly 40 years of my life and 14 of them as a bouncer all over the country so used to surprises but this woman blew me away lol. I was dumb struck as they are supposed to contact you by letter or email or even a text message. Some sort of communication but she failed this on all fronts big time. Any how, she said you are a week behind which i told her in a stern voice i was not and secondly can you keep your voice down as i do not wish to discuss my personal business on my front door step amongst my neighbours. She was pretty dam rude and said i have been ringing you loads of times. I said hold on a second what do you mean as i have had no missed calls from you, your boss let alone anyone else from Morse's. She then asked me quite sternly to go get my mobile and show to her on my front door step my actual mobile number. What the F"ck who the hell does she think she is. I explained i was just on my way out with my poor cat which is sitting in a cat transporter in my kitchen at that very moment. She was having none of it and demanded i show her my mobile number. wow!!! So i went and picked up my mobile phone and showed her the mobile number. She said right when can you make a payment. This woman was totally abusive all the way if that would of been a man he would of been on his backside by now counting the stars. Just saying. Told her i was again not in any arrears but she was having none of it. So i said if it makes you happy, ill chuck you an extra £20 when i get back from the emergency vets. Ill go on the portal and pay it. Fine she said and walked off. Wow how rude. They are not supposed to just turn up at your door unannounced. Well this one did. I got straight on to Morse's the following day and made a formal complaint.Guess what? they did have my right mobile number as it was on there records but some numpty at there office failed to delete the old number so apparently the agent had been ringing me on a number that did not exist anymore. Well i am sorry but that is not my fault if they can not do a simple task in the office and delete an old number. That still does not give them the right to turn up at my address shouting they're mouth off on my doorstep.They could of emailed me. Its not hard. Its not rocket science and does still not give them the right to abuse me on my own doorstep let alone delay me with an emergency to get my cat to the vets. Well even after making the formal complaint and being promised a manager would ring me back. Guess what? that never happened. Terrible abusive company and i wish i never had a loan with these people now. So can not wait to get them out of my life. Sadly being on limited money i have got these hanging around my neck for the next 9 to 10 months. Avoid these if i was you. Disgusting service to make you feel you're the bad person all because they could not up date a mobile number properly and now all my neighbours know my business. Thanks Morse's. Your very nice people indeed. Thanks for the doorstep abuse and delaying me getting to the emergency vets and thanks for carrying out a formal investigation into my complaint which you failed to do and thanks for getting back to me which you failed also to do. You failed on all fronts big time.

Horrible experience!
Offered their loan on one of the 3rd party website. Submitted application . They performed hard search which has damaged my credit file , was fair and goes to “needs work “. Received email from them that it was successful after checking my credit file and their agent will contact me shortly. Nobody has contacted me and in the end of the day I have received email that my application was refused! I have excellent payment history, full time job as a supervisor on permanent contract and had fair credit score and they refused to give me £300 loan damaging my credit score! What’s a shame!

P.s I phoned them and they simply said: my application was declined because they don’t have a self-employed agent in my area 🙈. Why do you accept application from the areas you don’t cover and damage people’s credit score with a hard search?
I never expected in nowadays company lend money in mafia style manner: visiting at home , giving cash, collecting cash and if not … don’t want to guess what is going to happen 🤣. I have no history of late payments and never missed payments but I have read other customers’ reviews and morses club looks like mafioses club 😐

Would not recommend the company is joke I pay every week and still can’t get a loan the managers lie to you then you make a complaint and they lie again and make you out to be the lies

Terrible company with 0 respect for…

Terrible company with 0 respect for there customers tells u for months on end you’ll be able to take out a loan at a certain time but when u reach that point/date they backtrack or come up with something telling u that u can’t anymore. Ruining peoples possible plans for the summer as they could’ve planned something out with that money just to disappoint u incompetent and trash company would NOT recommend to anyone. Wish I could give lower than 1 star

unfortunately cannot leave less then a 1 star review did application online said I was accepted in principle and an advisor would contact me within 3 days to discuss my documents nothing whatsoever I contact them they said its been declined the email you receive does not state anything like that and is very much saying your accepted and to wait for doorstep person to get back with your id nothing and will not give you a result save your time go to a reputable brand I found salary finance much better process hopefully doorstep will cease trading like the others

Very Poor Service

Applied for a loan last week and provisionally approved for £300-£400. Emailed to say someone would be in touch. Then had an email asking me to complete some short questions. Then had an email saying I had already applied in the last 45 days and they could not process another application. Sent an email querying what was going on and no response. So hard credit search done that will be on my file and no contact since initial emails. Very poor service!

Morses club what can I say about these…

Morses club what can I say about these , missed payment you will be contacted by phone 6 times a day from different numbers, also texted constantly emails all in one day then start knocking at your door but wouldn't tell my partner who thay were. Dodgey company, letters stay away if want loan these not good at all stay away . So much hassle .Karen stay away also Melanie both these women will do all these things bad experience, never wanted to help even my finances were bad at time struggled .

Pure useless complaints team

Pure useless complaints team. Basically area manager called me up wondering why I wasn’t paying . Never called the local agent why I wasn’t paying considering I had a bereavement, seriously ill family members and stressed out. The local agent didn’t even know he was calling me and he introduced the call by saying we report you in a monthly basis to the FCA without even asking my name . I have there final response that the manager basically said to his manager he was professional in which he was in no way shape or form and all I asked for was an apology to be spoken in such a degrading manner . So I won’t pay you till I receive an apology … absolute disgrace basically calling a customer a liar
