I am severely disabled and can't get out on my own. Even with my carer getting out os difficult, hence why I use Morrisons home delivery. I pay for Purpl disabled discounts. My order of last week went very badly wrong. The vehicle broke down, it happens to any company, it is how they deal with it that matters. The driver called me to explain what had happened, Morrisons didn't. I called Morrisons to re schedule delivery for later that day, a reasonable request, Morrisons knew I have MS and the problems I have every day. I am sure I am not unique. Morrisons said they could deliver that evening without the perishables, but they couldn't tell me what they were. The same would apply the next day. As a lot of my order might have been perishables, had no choice other than to cancel the order. I had a painful trip to the local Morrisons to get vital shopping. I could not use my 10% Purpl discount and was paying for a delivery pass that I couldn't use. I contacted Morrisons Customer Service, which is a misleading title. I would reasonably expect them, like any decent company would, to compensate me in some way but they weren't interested. They can't value the several years of orders I have given them.

Absolutely ridiculous that Morrisons cannot read a word document or an email it seems. They are just trying their best nitvto give me the points which I should have had.

I was buying a travel case priced beside it at 9 pounds, at the till it came up at 18 pounds, when the customer service manager explained the 9 price was a different size, I replied show me the case for 9, she couldn't and proceeded to put the card with the 9 price back up, only removed it when I accused her of deliberately Trying to rip ppl off, she then gave me the most ugly condicending smile. I went to shop in devizes morrisons on Saturday to purchase one of thier barbeque packs and they had none left but a very helpful chap called Richard went out of his way to make me one up. And the lady working with him was so helpful to. He advised me how to marinate correct. He was so pleasant to speak to. A credit to morrisons. Thank you so much..

Decent produce but online experience is so much worse than in-store. I've used them for a long time, in part because of NHS free delivery, but it's been deteriorating for some time. Deliveries often late, or significantly early without any communication (interrupting kids bedtime). Missing/damaged items, order amendments not updating properly, sneakily listing the total in a way that makes it look as though you're over the £40, but actually you're slightly under and they've added that in small print.... Choice of products far narrower than other online supermarkets. Rarely deliver to side-door as requested on orders (apparently the section on the drivers screens with requests like this on isn't easily visible to them.

Also security issues - my account was apparently hacked and a Morrisons Go order placed with a different address (unclear why they allow you to add and use a new address without verification) - despite the fact this hadn't been delivered yet, they weren't able to stop the delivery and refused to refund me, essentially becuase they said I could be lying. Got refund from credit card company who didn't seem surprised by this, no response from Morrisons two months later to my complaint, and the fraudulent address is still on my account and I can't remove it....

Think it's time to move elsewhere....

Visited Morrisons petrol forecourt at Bristol Causeway and they charged my credit card twice for 2 transactions at pump despite only filling up once.
Not adequately investigated and no CCTV footage kept to confirm this activity. They claimed I paid twice for 2 lots of fuel and but could provide no evidence or explanation. Don’t trust it won’t happen to you….try arguing it a month later when you get card statement.

Shame the lady available in self checkouts disappeared but had a lovely lady Rachel from the lottery counter come and help she was super helpful just a Shame when the other lady came back I was questioned for the purchased I made 5 stars for Rachel but lowered because of the lady working self check outs

I like the products, drivers are friendly enough and arrival in the timeslot.
Be wary that unlike all other UK supermarket delivery services you do not get substituted items at the price of the item that you ordered. You pay the price of the substitute. I didn't realise this and had a lot of substitutes which ended up being way more expensive and should have just gone to a better shop for better quality products at a cheaper price. Probably won't bother using again. The cost of 1 delivery was £5.75 which is more than the monthly tesco unlimited delivery charge.

I sent a complaint to customer services on Sunday and have still not received a reply. One of your drivers reversed down a pavement fully on it and completely blocked it. When I asked him to move he tried to argue at me that he had a delivery. I said I was going to complain and he called me stupid. Why have customer services not replied? I have photo evidence. Reference of email reply is: Re: Thank you for your enquiry [ ref:!00DD00ojDb.!500Q40ebURg:ref ]. Message said response in 2-3 working days but this is now over due

The Chippenham Morrisons is very poor due to fridge breakdowns. For several weeks the frozen seafood fridge has been out of order and today the fresh fish fridge is down so none of either available. As fresh fish counter is one of Morrisons selling points against other supermarkets it is losing credibility. Since I pass two other major supermarkets to reach Morrisons why bother!

Bought two of your rump steaks from your butchers counter today for what was supposed to be a nice Saturday night meal. Prepared all of the trimmings fresh including a home made pepper sauce. The steaks were absolutely inedible. If I had a dog, I wouldn't have given them to it. They were so tough and stringy, they both went straight in the bin. Doubt I'll ever shop at morrisons again, let alone buy meat from there.

I’ve been generous giving this a 1 star. Shocking service and if stores cannot uphold the guidelines for delivery now they should not be offering it. Minimum communication and if the order is 90 minutes late they cancel it without any word to you. Either commit to what you advertise or don’t offer the service

For the second time, my order has been fraudulently altered and redirected to an address 350 miles away. Given the circumstances, it looks as the fraudsters either had inside help or were able to breach Morrisons' IT system. Two days before the scheduled delivery—and buried among dozens of scam emails—I received repeated unsolicited notifications changing the date, address, and contents of the order at the very last moment, within Morrisons IT-system. The occurring just minutes before delivery to the wrong location (South Shields instead of the Highlands) points to a serious security problem within the company, as this should normally be impossible, because orders can only be modified up until the night before. Customer service has been of limited help, and two days after the initial incident, I have yet to receive a response to my complaint. To make matters worse, the same problem occurred again, even if I had changed my password immediately after the first incident, through the website of Morrisons. The helpdesk's response was simply that I should claim a refund through my bank.

The reviews don't lie. Tried to book a Morrisons Now order. What they don't tell you is they use other services to deliver the order. They also don't tell you they allow a 90 minute slot for the driver to collect the groceries. If no-one picks it up the order is cancelled.

So my order was made at 1:44pm. It was picked at 2:22pm and has been cancelled by them at 3:52pm. Leaving me and my cat hungry. Pathetic and I know where not to go for online orders now.

Food to order placed a week before the event and even checked in store and was promised if there was a problem they’d sort it. This was to cater for a funeral party. During the slot I received an email saying “cancelled”, that’s it. No reason. I had to run down to the store and try to sort out something else, paying double the amount the online order was. The last thing I needed on such a distressing day. No response to complaint and customer services phone line wasn’t much better, no promises anyone would be back in touch. Dreadful. Use at your own risk.

£50 of groceries today. Fresh healthy produce all use by dates today. Baby gem lettuce 23rd, yet rotten. How morrisons get away with this is abhorrent. Local store is half empty most of the time. A crazy lazy setup. No care given. Alchohol buzzer always missing. If you find someone they don't have keys. Waited 15 minutes on one occasion. Self service is a disaster. All flashing red, one employee to cover 18 self service tills. Rubbish produce and a lack of awareness from the higher ups.

Rotten Onions, Tomatoes and Lemons, plus absolutely mouldy flat breads, where the pack was open!
I rang to complain about the quality of these items on my home delivery and after making me spend an hour on the phone and emailing them the photos, that they insisted on, they agreed a refund only and couldn't care less!!!
The Manager of the Killingworth store needs to be sacked!!!

home delivery is a absolute nightmare for the part sighted, all,for the blind person that cannot bend down all cannot see the products in the delivery baskets. To take out of the basket and with no help from the delivery driver, and half the products were missing from the order some were substituted with cheaper product. but they did not take the money off the final bill as it was the same, bill. that it was before. the reductions were supposed to be taken off, and so I was totally taken advantage of and I was robbed by morrisons and she'll never be buying from them again as well as their products are totally cheaply made compared to the hover, competitor supermarket stores that do absolutely better than Morrisons now, like Marks and Spencer' and even iceland now, and Morrisons Food absolutely, taste absolutely horrible as well now since the Americans took over morrisons and it has lost its quality that it once had when Ken morrison was in charge it's just a shame his kids sold is morrisons name out, which will make him turn in the grave to how morrisons. Has turned out today,

3x now i have filled a basket to the max online to find every single item not stocket? Nothing to swap with?

Spend hours correcting is via the awful app that doesnt work. For half those new items to be charged full price or swapped for something irrelevant.

Waste of time.

1 star is too much! Ordered Morrisons NOW order - supposed to be delivered by 1pm and still waiting . Will take your money and have no way of getting in touch or cancelling . Terrible process throughout
