Scam placed an order only 20% showed up lost £50 and refused a refund called me a lier

They don't even care they even ignore reviews

I have tried as hard as I can to complain and point out a dangerous item found in my food but no matter how hard I try it is impossible. It feels like its purposely made extremely difficult.
I found a hard sharp piece of plastic in my unopened packet of turkey mince. Im not looking for a refund just a warning to them. I even rang the numer provided. The assistant said she will send me a link...never did. So frustrating. This item if swalled could be lethal, possibly kill someone.

Could someone please stop the likes of Scottish Power and others to cease bothering people while in and out of your supermarket to join their company. If we want to be with their company we will approach them. It is very annoying.

Home delivery service. It's generally OK and the delivery staff are always decent and polite. Usually 1.5 hours not 1.0 but that's a minor point. What really p*sses me off is when something gets missed or substituted. We now have at least 5 bottles of cooking wine (11%ABV) instead of what we ordered - this has not happened once, it's 3 times out of 10. When you spend a modest amount on a bottle of wine (say £9.50) , you do not expect some cheap cooking wine to turn up. This is not a one-off - it's a lottery. Now, if they contacted you to confirm the substitute, and you had the option to either decline it or pick something else, that would be fine. So - we are now sat on £50 worth of cooking wine over 3 substituted deliveries (which will actually get used), but it's an expensive way of sourcing that. Message: If ain't got it, don't sell it, don't take peoples cash for something that isn't there. If you need to substitute something, at least make it like for like, not send just any old crap that happens to be lying around - and if that's not possible, don't take the cash. Utterly p*ssed off customer. Do you know what you can do with your store card???

second time I've used Morrisons Now (60 minute delivery) and both times they've not even picked my order within 60 minutes let alone deliver it on time.

EDIT: It took 2 hours 20 mins from the time I ordered to the time it was delivered.

2nd EDIT: They refunded me £2.99 delivery fee, so have added 2 stars

I will never use any Morrisons store or Online Again after a recent delivery, even though I've been a loyal customer for the last fifteen years.

The delivery driver turned up half an hour late and was very abusive towards myself and my cleaner. He ranted that if you want your blank delivery, you must get rid of your vile dog and you must have a mobile phone for contact. I tried to explain that I cannot use a mobile phone due to my various severe disabilities; the driver screamed You're talking bullshit, despite me struggling to use a walking frame, he further threatened to murder my cleaner, my dog and I. I told him firmly but politely to leave the trays with my delivery and leave before I made a complaint to the police.

I phoned Morrisons Online Customer Services, who were not interested in the driver's diabolical behaviour and attitude. Furthermore, they were not interested and did not take any action regarding the criminal threats of murder towards my cleaner, myself or my pet dog.

I have also written a letter of complaint to the Chief Executive, which he has not had the decency to reply to; I know the company has received it, as I have a signed proof of delivery.

Ordered all party food for my mom's 90th birthday party,
Two hrs before was told items missing, it was ALL of the sandwich platters.
We had no time to do anything at this point.
Sadly a party to remember for all the wrong reasons, turned out a pitiful, embarrassing buffet.
Stale Victoria sponge.
Been refunded for cakes but party completely ruined.

No one use Morrisons Now!! I feel like I was lied to and mislead. I can't recall it being clear they use an external company to collect their food and driver IF THEY ACCEPT IT only (ie like calling an uber for example) AND if they're not here in 90 mins the whole order is discounted and cancelled automatically!!!
Won't refund my £3 delivery due to some bs about these mystery ts and cs and it being written there.
Not clear not at all, Morrisons are duping you all DON'T USE

I have three Morrisons deliveries in the past few months only one was decent. Lovely young guy, helpful and helped unpack. Then the last two, surly unhelpful and neither spoke a word. I know it's not the best job in the world, my son in law did it for a year, and found it tiring, but he liked the chats with the customers
Won't be using Morrisons again

Generally quite good but regularly arrive hours early,assuming drivers wanna finish and go home asap. If i book for between 9-10pm i mean then,not 7pm when im in the middle of my kids bathtime! When you tell them to come back later they act really shocked and dissappointed. I even had one once try to deliver early, called me to ask where i was cause there was no answer at home and they were shocked to hear i was still at work!

I have a Morrisons More Loyalty card.
In June they stopped my ability to collect anymore points on my loyalty card. I spent over £700 in July.
I’ve complained but their customer service which is based in South Africa says there’s nothing they can do. I’d understand if I’d done something wrong but this was just random.
Loyalty works both ways and I’m considering using Sainsbury’s going forward.
It just shows Morrisons in a different light

Did my first fast order. It will be an experience I won’t repeat. Substitutions but not only that dinner deal turned into a chicken and some potato’s but as they missed an item or didn’t have it even thought they let me order the deal I ended up paying silly money and I wouldn’t have ordered. Also on all the deals like a three fruits for a fiver. Ended up with three dinners some bread some bananas and some oranges for sixty ish quid. The ham deal was the only deal they did manage and even then a third of that deal wasn’t the item I had ordered. Was a very good deal for Morrisons but a huge rip off for me! It’s a no from me. Would have been better off paying M&S prices across the road! Not at all happy.

This is a follow up to my recent review with complaint stemming back to 20th May.Thus company doesn't seem to have the capacity and common sense to handle and resolve complaints and I have moved on as a customer to other more user friendly supermarkets for my daily food needs.Since my reply to my initial complaint when using Trustpilot I have not been approached with a solution to my complaints,now going back over 3 months.Its no wonder that this private company is swimming in massive debt,closing stores and losing loyal customers to competing stores as they have a customer service department which is not fit for purpose

Bought peaches went from hard to tasteless mush. Engineered to sit on a shelf looking good. Moved most of my business to Aldi will not give these leeches more of my money.

I ordered shopping online from Morrison's. I received a text in Google messages on the date of the delivery a few hours before the pre-booked delivery time.
Almost half of the items ordered were unavailable and half of the remaining items were substituted with items of different quantities and weights.
Very poor service that I won't be using again.

Morrisons used to be my go to service. Over the last year or two I have pretty much stopped using their delivery service. Shopping would always be late, several substitutions or missing items. Food would be almost out of date etc. Today I spotted their 60 minute service and they had an offer on. First 3 uses got £5 off. Gave it a go and the hour had passed and no delivery update. Checked online and my items had been sat for an hour waiting for a driver to collect them....including frozen items. Spoke to customer services who said after 90 minutes wait it would be cancelled anyway. I said as my items have been left out for an hour already I wanted to go ahead and cancel. The advisor said it was down to issues with third party, ie Uber. To which I replied, Tesco also use Uber and always deliver within the time.
I did have an issue with Tesco delivering the wrong items but Tesco gave me money off vouchers and a full refund when this has happened. Plus you get to keep the wrong items. All you get from Morrisons is 'I will pass on your feedback' 😂
Safe to say I will not be using Morrisons again.
I've noticed Morrisons are going downhill. I used to love the fresh bakery and now that's fine and everything is brought in frozen.

Glenfield Branch Leics. I often go to this branch for my cardboard boxes and in the main the manager and staff are very helpful. The purpose of this review is to single out one member [ I think her name is Deb] who works on aisle 3 and 4. She really does put herself out for me and i suspect other members of the public. Well done. Your hard work and kindness is appreciated.

Driver did his best but so much missing from my order (happened with a previous order from my wife). This was an Amazon Morrisons order with a voucher for £20 off. Not worth it since the items I ordered and paid for are still missing. All in all, a depressing experience and shows unreliability of ordering via Amazon Morrisons. Just don't go there.

my wife placed on order online as i am unable to drive after an operation.we were originally supposed to get a delivery between 5.30 and 6.30 0n 4th august.were informed that it was delayed,we then get a call to say van had broken down and we would be contacted next day to see if we wanted to cancel or rearrange.without warning the delivery arrived at 8am the next day 5th august.then the fun began,the driver unpacked for me as i was unable to do any lifting ,without any issues.when he left i got round to ckecking off the order to find well over a quarter of it was missing,and about 9 items delivered that were not even on our order ,not even as substituted goods.original bill was £76 which we have been charged,on adding up all the items delivered it came to just over £40.tried to speak to someone in customer services immediately to try and sort it,my wife the account holder was unable to call as in work all day,was told that they couldnt help me as i wasnt the account holder.sent an email to be informed that someone would get back to us in 48hrs.first and last time we will use morrisons online shopping.New developments.Contacted Customer services again last night.Was told that our missing items were still in store,and that we would get a phone call this morning to arrange delivery and as a good will gesture would give us a part refund.It is now after 12 o clock.Guess what ,no phone call and I have actually seen 3 separate Morrisons delivery vans in our town this morning.But no delivery.Absolute shambles .Wonder whst excuse I will get when we phone again.
