We visited the Shelbourne Estates in St Ives this week and were greeted by Anne who was lovely, very accommodating, answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed and relaxed. We came away from the estate and wanted to buy the gorgeous property without any doubts.
Anne is an asset to the company and the design, attention to detail and build quality was evident during the tour.

We recently reserved our home at Water's Edge with Lisa and the experience has been brilliant so far - from our initial enquiry Lisa has been proactive, professional and lovely to work with - she also seems to have endless patience for all my questions! We've really felt the difference made by her efforts in keeping in touch, offering updates and making sure we're aware of any exciting developments have really made this a truly positive experience so far!

We went to go & start looking at homes on Sat 8th August & we came across a new development by Morris at Hampton Water. We didn't have an appointment but we meet Trish Baker who said it was fine. After explaining our situation, Trish was unbelievably helpful & incredibly friendly. Trish really took the time to listen to us both & found us 2 houses within our budget. There was no rush to look around the show homes either. The service provided was very professional & to a very high standard and it was to be the same for the houses as well, nothing was to much trouble, I would highly recommend based on my visit.

Tracey was an extremely helpful person, explained everything to us and gave us a lot to think about.

Lisa at Morris Homes (Waters Edge) site in Preston on The Hill is absolutely fantastic, she has been brilliant during the whole reservation process and so helpful. We visited the site today to view the show homes and they are brilliant……we can’t wait to move there!

Morris homes Station Grange - We had an appointment with Lyme and she was very informative about the development. It was great interacting with her as she answered all our questions and that's surely going to help us in buying our home.

As first-time buyers, we were naturally anxious about the process, but Shelbourne Estates made it seamless. Rob, Scott, and Richard of Hunsburg Grange location were amazingly helpful, keeping us informed every step of the way—even after we got our keys. The customer service has been absolutely superb. Knowing they are still around to assist us has made our first month in our new home incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Thank you all for the brilliant support!

Rob provides an excellent service. He showed me round all homes today and was very informative and transparent, made the process easy.

We love our new home! Moved in and cannot fault the help and support received from Morris Home staff. Small issues resolved quickly and satisfactorily. we are now simply enjoying our forever home in peace.

Chris @ Arkall Farm is a breath of fresh air. From start to (nearly) finish, he has been there every step of the way, he’s taken the stress out of this purchase. 10 stars.

We had a viewing booked with Nicky Douse at Hampton water. Even though we didn’t go ahead with buying, Nicky was still great with her fantastic customer service. She made us feel so welcome and was super helpful with all the questions we had.

From our first visit at Arden Park, Chris has been incredibly friendly and down to earth. We've been back many times since, as we've progressed through the reservation and choices stages, and we always get the same level of service. We look forward to continuing to work with Chris!

Rob - sales person gave us plenty of time and answered all our questions. Always encouraging us to contact him if any further concerns and questions. Never rushed us in decision making. Able to provide us with all the information we needed. Willing to make lots of cups of tea also 👍

Bartle Meadows, never never never waste your money with this outfit, trowel marks in every ceiling and wall, doors that dont close, loft hatch that doesn’t seal shut, leaks that take 4 years to resolve, internal wall 40mm out of plum over 2400mm, bellys and sunken external brickwork, roof that kicks up at one side, uneven cuts around solar panels, uneven screed to floors to mention just a few, there is no way these are trades people, no one with any skill or pride can walk away from that and be happy. when they have your money your done, you will never get the attention a buyer deserves when snags are picked up, there should be a cooling off period where if the snags are not resolved or in the process of being then the buyer should be able to withhold a percentage of payment, maybe the the builders would adopt a right first time attitude. whats the point in building regulations when they can be interpreted based on the skill level of the contractor you employ, oh by the way pockets of missing insulation in the cavities, no sound deadening insulation between floors, the cheapest and nastiest doors, fixtures and fittings you can buy, it truly is a shower of s..., customer service never keep you informed, emails are ignored, you can never actually speak to a decision maker, there’s no way they are spending any more than 45k to build one of these, im only just getting over the fact i fell for it all, 7 years down the line and im still gutted at one of the worst decisions of my life.

We are literally screaming on the roof top how amazing Hannah is, she has been the best help to us throughout this process, even through the difficult decisions we had to make, Hannah never fails to lift our spirits up and always listen to our concerns and will ALWAYS find us a solution. Hannah will listen to us and is very honest with us, she will tell us what is right and what is wrong, she is not afraid to tell us when we have reached our limit and advising us what will fit our needs. It is clear that she wants the best for us and she will try her hardest to give us our dream home. Hannah will always find time for you when you need her! She’s a hardworking woman, beautiful smile, amazing sense of humour! She is the person you definitely want to be around when going through a stressful process. Hannah we appreciate you so much! 😊
