As everybody else has said, they WILL NEVER SHIP A PRODUCT. I placed my order over 90 days ago, and after following up, they sent tracking for a shipping label. Since then, the shipping label has never once been updated, and every time I inquire they blame their logistics partner with a slightly different copy-paste response.

DO NOT ORDER. You will need to chargeback with your credit card company to get your refund.

Scam. 5-month old order. Order never shipped. Reviews suppressed on their website.

Like others here I also never received my order. Repeated emails are either ignored or told that the order is still being processed 3/4 months on. Total scam company.

affiliate marketing scam, i earned 100 dollars, i emailed to claim money, and they didn't pay me

They never sent me anything. Got my money back thanks to paypal after 2 months

Avoid doing business with them. Just had to file a chargeback since they refused to refund my order that was placed over 3 months ago claiming it was being processed… FOR 3 MONTHS. It seems it’s a common scam they’re pulling on everyone not shipping their orders and also giving creators the products for free to make more people get scammed

It's been over 5 months and many emails, and I never received my order. They assure you it's the shipping company but they don't actually have the product to sell. They refuse to send refunds as well. Never buy from them!

Didn’t send the product, useless updates via email and declined to refund me. Opted for 3-5 working day shipping, still waiting over a month later with no product. They provide tracking number which has no update and is just a placeholder, looked through reviews and this is a common theme! Gone to my Bank to dispute the charge. Do not recommend to anyone to purchase anything from this store.

This company has failed to deliver on 2 orders which I made, since 2024 till date. They send out a fictitious tracking number upon your order and let it expire without sending out the products. This company is a scam. Please do not buy anything from them.

I have just received my 5th order from Moonside, the product is great!!! :)
However, I must admit that the delivery was more than 2 months... So prepare with it...

Horrible experience buying from here. I made my purchase over 100 days ago and the shipping status hasn’t changed since day one. I’ve sent more than 20 emails/messages to the company and always received the same generic response with no solution. They even delete my comments about the order on Instagram.

Bestellung wurde nie versendet.
ich habe eine bestellung abgegeben und mir wurde prompt ein tracking link mit den versandinformationen gesendet. leider hat sich in !!! 2 Monaten !!! nichts am status getan und die sendung wartet angeblich immer noch auf abholung. Klar wers glaubt. beim support wurde ich immer nur mit generischen antworten vertröstet dass sie ja alles in ihrer macht stehende tun würden blabla. ich habe jetzt angefordert dass sie mir mein geld zurück geben sollen. Mal schauen ob ich meine 100€ wieder bekomme.

Lamp never shipped. Ordered on 09.04.25 now its end of July. After my first request I got a shipping link. But the tracking info still says that the shipping label has been created, nothing has been shipped. Stay away!

Shipping may have taken a little longer than anticipated, but the lamp is beautiful and was worth the wait.

I ordered a (halo) lamp from their webshop on June 4th. I emailed them on June 16th, since I havent heard anything since the 4th. They said it was a pre-order so I'd have to wait, but got shipment notification 2 days after that email - on the 18th of June. The shipment website said they received the parcel information. But then it went dark. The shipment status did not change for 2 weeks and I decided to contact them again. I received a reply that they were having troubles with the shipment company and that they are working hard to resolve that issue. However, after another 2 weeks I still havent heard anything back, so I reached out again. This time I got nearly the same dull email back. That's probably 70 euros down the drain. So, BE WARNED.

Never received my order twice. Filed dispute with bank after a month.

Ordered their indiegogo campaign from december 2024, no items received until now, with generic automated (probably AI written) replies whenever I asked for updates. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS!!

The customer svc has been very slow in their response. The parcel tracking page hasn’t gotten any logistically progress for more than 10 days. Strongly warn everyone form getting lamps from them
