Nach mehrfacher Nachfrage über Wochen habe ich dann endlich ein Tracking link bekommen.

Die Ware kam total zerstört bei mir an ohne Funktion.
Bei der Reklamation gab es am Ende keinen Kontakt mehr. Der Händler hat mir zwar einen Tracking Link geschickt, aber da hat sich seit 3 Monaten nichts mehr bewegt.
Nach mehrfachen Nachfragen und Fristsetzung, kamen keine Antworten mehr vom Support.
Paypal Fall wurde eröffnet.

Complete scam. Ordered something in April, not delivered until now. Not responding to emails. Complete scam website, do not fall for it.

It seems that they have managed to send out a few orders so that some customers can provide a positive review and get this established as a legitimate business. That was the end of it.

When emailed in March, told me to be patient. It's August now. No response from them since. I've emailed support many times. No response. Terrible service. Wish I could give 0 stars. Lost 90 bucks.

Very conflicted on this review. A month ago it would have been 4 stars.

I have 3 of their lights now, they were running a promo where if you spent a certain amount you would get a free light. I ordered Halo and Planet and chose the “one” lamp for free.

It took a lot of back and forth emails and a PayPal dispute but slowly my items started arriving and unfortunately I love them. They all shipped separately and it definitely shouldn’t have taken 4-5 months to receive all the lamps. I had to send multiple emails and kept getting reply’s like they are telling their shipping company to hurry etc. I finally gave up and not long after the PayPal dispute they finally got things moving.

None of them were able to be connected via wifi but I wasn’t sure if that was my issue or not. I have been able to control them all by Bluetooth with no issue until last month.

My halo stopped being able to be controlled via Bluetooth. I have sent 4 emails about the situation and yet to get a reply. I have also reached out on social media and nothing. I have mine mounted on the wall in a bit of a hard to reach spot and it’s annoying having to constantly turn it on and off with the controller, I don’t even bother trying to change the colours.

They used to be ok with responding to emails but seem to be ignoring me now. They also said Apple home integration would be in the first part of the year but still yet to hear anything about that.

I ordered an Aurora clock after I got all my lamps and loved them so much. Who even knows when and if I will recieve it.

I was so excited about this company and do genuinely love all the lights I have, it’s just a shame they take so long and it appears their customer service is now non existent.

Thiefs, stole my money and havent sent anything

I have many of their products but it took months and many back and forth to get the items, one item I did not receive and another was faulty they kept sending promises and tracking numbers that didn’t go anywhere, now it’s too late to lodge a PayPal claim I can’t help but think
This was deliberate. They have lost a
Supporter and they didn’t have many, I now would not recommend buying from them they are not trustworthy and honest and extremely frustrating and you can’t expect help from PayPal after all their false promises have strung you along to late to act, avoid purchasing from this company.

I ordered a moonside maglight creative kit. After 4 months I still don't have the unit. They said they were having shipping problems due to it being a power bank. Don't order from them its either a scam or they are just incompetent. Both are something to stay clear of.

The dispatch time was a little disappointing, although customer service did respond when I asked for an update. Once the product arrived, I could see why people liked it. The lighting is smooth and atmospheric, and the overall build feels solid.

The shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but I've been using the lamp every evening since it arrived and really like it. The glow is soft, the colors blend smoothly, and it makes the whole room feel more relaxing. A few more tracking updates would have made the experience better.

Horrible. Ordered a light in May of 2025 and never received it. Their customer service line seems AI, and they won't issue a refund. Stay away.

Scammers. Ordered a lamp in May 2026 but never received. Avoid them.

Ordered in Juli 2025 , untill now i have never received my order !!

Asked them for a full refund, wich i also did not get.

Would stay away from this shop.

I ordered a neon crystal lamp (Order #10030), and unfortunately, the front-facing panel stopped working after less than a month of use. I immediately contacted their support team to request a warranty repair or replacement. While they promised to send a replacement over three months ago, I have yet to receive the item or at least receive replies to my emails. Due to the poor product durability and completely unfulfilled customer service promises, I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

The service lie to me. Didn't send a nex one lamp. No refund. The quality is very poor, the product was damaged.

Ordered 2 halo lamps a year ago. Still nothing. Track was edited but never been updated or prep for shipping.

Basic scammers. DON’T BUY !

The delivery process was not ideal, and there were not many updates before the order shipped. Customer service reply when I contacted them, and my halo lamp arrived soon after. The lamp is exactly what looks like on the product page and the quality is surprisingly good. I would recommend improving the tracking communication.

Ordered 2 lamps - never received them. Shipping status never changed from “to be processed”. Looks like this company is a total scam. Avoid.

It is a scam and this store should be taken offline. I placed an oder one month ago and only got tracking details with no further updates. I fortunately payed with PayPal and I try to get my money back. Then after I got my cash back they supported me and send out an empty package. They try to lure you out of the warranty timeline so that PayPal can’t help you anymore. :(
The products do look nice but it is all a dream

I became a little nervous after waiting for more than a month and reading some of the other reviews. I contacted the company about my order, and they responded and arranged the shipment. Everything arrived and matched the description, the halo lamps looks even better in person actually. It seems more like a small company dealing with growing pains than anything dishonest.

2 months waiting for it to ship, never got shipped, their website showed no orders neither.
By the way, it's a dropshipping from china.
Had to fight 2 weeks with my bank to get the money back, they even pretended to "send" it after the claim from my bank to them.
