This 20/40 dipole looks well enough. The first thing I did was cut off the cable ties and replace them with wire clamps. A lot stronger. I am not sure if the ‘key’ rings are galvanised but they won’t last long if not but I can replace them too. I haven’t tried the dipole out yet but I’m happy that it will perform well enough, especially on 20.
The package was delivered to a house three doors down with their postcode? I gave mine when I ordered but it was not on the package, nor was it included with my address on the invoice?
I wrote to Moonraker to advise them but received no reply. I also wrote to them recently about a problem with their website but received no reply then either. Moonraker, wake up.

As a first time customer with online purchase of a little Quansheng TK11 (8), with an accessory added, I was very reassured when I phoned to check on the progress of my purchase, and was greeted with a friendly attitude to my enquiry, as well as the patience shown when I stated that I was returning to the airwaves after an absence of around 27 years since having once owned more serious type kit: a Midland 3001, 150M, and Ham Int Multimode 2 in good old 'illegal then' CB AM 27mhz days. Great service guys, and big respect to all Radio Hams and Folk who have moved up to next level!

Came to an agreement.
Returned a Diamond power supply which stopped working. Unit was 2weeks older than 1 year. Returned unit. I was advised it had a 2year guarantee and would be dealt with free of charge. A few weeks later I was advised they are recinding 2year guarantee. Now left with a failed unit almost new which I had hardly used.
Extremely disappointed with there attitude.
I also asked senior management to review case.
Completely ignored.

I understand that 3 or 4 UK ham radio businesses have merged with Moonraker Online. One of these is Nevada Radio. I have been a customer of Nevada's / Moonraker Online for just over 20 years. They have always been professional, friendly and efficient at sending out my orders as fast as possible. They only made a handful of errors (just 2 or 3 in 20 years!) and I understand; they're human and no company is perfect.

Recently I purchased a President George II CB radio. It came the next day well packaged and in good condition. I am delighted with my radio and my other purchases from Moonraker Online.

The purchase was very smooth and arrived quickly.
Unfortunately the box it came in was really badly dented which dented the box of my radio as well. A bit of a shame as this could’ve been avoided. A questionable choice of package protection by using shredded up boxes - a few more might’ve done the trick.

I dropped into the shop to exchange my new ID-52 as there was a manufacturing fault. I had no problems at all exchanging it and on top of that everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed looking around the shop too - I think when you buy most things online you do lose some of the fun in nosing around a real shop. Looking forward to my next visit.

Worst customer service on the planet. Emailed three times phoned requesting to order something with nothing done no replies to anything. Supplying manufacturer is also completely useless, RM ITALY

Your customer service is absolutely disgusting and not the first time we’ve been handled in such an unprofessional fashion.

These guys are superb and in my experience of dealing with this company they fully understand the passion ,us, the radio community have on whether it be cb or ham we all have the same or similar passion for radio communications and these guys really get it and I'd recommend anyone starting up or lost for a company to purchase equipment from to use these guys as there all great , friendly and have excellent customer support 😀 👍 thanks

I ordered in error a UHF swr metre. Jez sorted the issue quickly on fuss. Very good customer service.

This antenna far exceeded my expectations, moonraker have always been thought of as a budget brand but this product is nothing of the sort, build quality was very good indeed, the metal work on the antenna feels substantial and screws together to form a tight seal, all seals look good and effective. The performance of the antenna is very good, good SWR on 2/70 and good SWR on 6m on the fm section. I highly recommend this antenna and supplied in good time.

Have to give 5 stars because of how they dealt with courier issues. Have given the courier (DX) 1 star on a separate review due to their incompetence. But as a shop, moonraker are a great company with good service and knowledge. Must say they sorted things out very well and gave me some watts credit as compensation whivh was a nice touch.

Sent emails about a product price and advice never replied.3 times sent and also used there online enquiry forms 3 times also no reply in the course of 4 weeks. So they’re not bothered then I’m not bothered. Since then purchased from another radio store up north. P.S tried same with waters&Stanton never reply to online equiry forms or emails. Think they all part same group now! Useless.

Great Customer service, problem with next day saturday delivery, not down to moonraker but dx courier's who decided that Saturday was now on a Tuesday, Justin at Moonraker stepped up to the mark chased it up and then refunded me the differance in postage and gave me an extra 5%, great service great company will be using again for sure
