Great Customer service, problem with next day saturday delivery, not down to moonraker but dx courier's who decided that Saturday was now on a Tuesday, Justin at Moonraker stepped up to the mark chased it up and then refunded me the differance in postage and gave me an extra 5%, great service great company will be using again for sure

Recently offered up some of my surplus radio/Morse gear. Quick response and reasonable prices offered for my gear. Funds generated from sale was used to purchase further Amateur Radio gear from Moonraker. All new items were delivered next day. Will do business with the Moonraker Group again in the future.

Not refunding paid-for Saturday delivery that arrives the following Tuesday. Sending used antenna analyzers instead of new ones that i paid for. Promising a 10% refund for sending a used item instead of a new one and then not doing it. Chasing you once or twice a week only results in lies.

Definitely going to try my best to avoid this people from now on.

Followed up again on Facebook and was told they would get back to me. 1 week later no reply Now have the opinion they are clowns.

Reply to your lies. Funny how after this review you say it's impossible, yet I sent photos to Alex, and he agrees with me. But okay, impossible, lol. My account shows no previous orders now, for some convenient reason. Good, I still have the emails to show my orders. I spoke with a very nice man at the store today as I wasn't happy with the lies in this reply. He was happy to try and fix the problems I had, but I have decided I'd rather keep this review up and not shop with you again. The lies you have replied with have cemented my decision not to deal with you again.

Decided to trade in my FTDX3000 for a FTDX101MP, got a good price for my old one without all the hassle of Ebay etc, as I was fairly near the shop for work decided to pop in and collect, bought a secondhand 101mp, took it home and was really impressed with it's performance, however after thinking about it decided I should have paid the extra and got a new one(3 year warranty) Emailed them and were totally happy to swop for a new one, Thank you Alex for your help, now waiting for the SCU LAN10 to come back into stock. If you see my old FTDX3000 on their used equipment list I can tell you it's been very well looked after by me 😀

I purchased a kl503 and received it on the 7th of this month. The amp did not work properly and i contacted moonraker right a way and got the return started. the total cost of the amp with shipping was $286.70. The return window was 14 days. when i ordered the amp it said shipping and handling was $54.75 so if i had to send it back I was okay with that. So I contact ups as that was the original shipper. Guess what the cheapest to send it back with ups was $457.76 WOW is all I can say. I made several emails to a Justin and all he could say is kind regards no help. I would gladly pay the $54.75 for the return. I truly hope anyone that orders from this company reads this and understands the extreme cost to send a item back. Justin tells me maybe I could sell it to one of my friends at a reduced cost. Why would i sell something that don't work. I would give zero stars if I could.

Got replacement Diamond sd 330 antenna and it is working fantastic my partner is very happy with it would definitely recommend Moonraker to buy any radio and Antenna equipment Thank you again Alex

Excellent from start to finish had an issue with an antenna had a couple of hic ups but Justin and Georgia had a replacement antenna to my door within 4 days 100% customer satisfaction

A great radio store online and in the shop, Have use them for years now.
I recently purchased a all band scanner, and a little anytone AT779uv a great radio came all pre programed up by moonraker whilst using I managed to lose all the programed channels with a wrong push of two buttons, But I rang them and spoke to Alex took the radio to them and the reprogramed it free of charge. What else could you ask for service 1st class thank you mark....

There was some confusion with the payment of taxes due to brits leaving the EU.
It was quickly sorted by Jason...
The order was quickly send to the Netherlands...

And after reading the reviews here especially the reactions to the bad reviews , I'm very happy with moonraker...
I need quite some more stuff from them... more antennas...

An excellent company to deal with, very helpful and knowable staff, whilst trading in a number of items from a deceased friend of mine all staff were sympathetic and understanding and gave a good price for the equipment, a good and honest company to deal with, I would have no hesitation in doing business with Moonraker again.

Outstanding Service from Moonraker – Above and Beyond!

I recently purchased a Yaesu FTM-500 from Moonraker in November, but due to the busy holiday season, I didn’t get a chance to set it up right away. When I finally did, I was dismayed to find a fault with the rotary function dial. Having owned the radio for only two months, I reached out to Moonraker for assistance.

The team in Woburn Sands handled everything with absolute professionalism. They liaised with Yaesu regarding the warranty but, rather than leaving me waiting, they made the incredible decision to replace my unit with a brand-new one the same day!

This level of customer service is rare and deserves recognition. Moonraker has always provided top-notch support, but this experience truly exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to the team – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the amateur radio community!

I purchased the last set of JNC Radio Tilt Legs for my FT-817, only to find 4 of the plastic spacers were missing from the package.
With it being the last set of JNC Radio Tilt Legs in stock, Moon Raker were unable to supply the missing parts, but they were happy to do a 30% refund! (I used brass washers instead.)
I can toughly recommend Moon Raker for your amateur radio accessories!

After speaking to Alex who explained the process i recently sold them 2 radios which they agreed to buy in. I sent them in on the 31st of Jan, i was told that once received they would be checked over and money transferred straight away. This however is not the case. Courier said they delivered on weds 7th Feb, Alex said they didn't receive until the 8th of Feb. He also said tech were checking them over and the payment would be processed. Nope it wasn't. Feb 10th, Alex said it was sent Friday 8th Feb, no it wasn't a still hasn't been send after being assured Alex would sort it out today Feb 10th. I see elsewhere it took 2 days to receive theri money but as they bought another radio and I didn't I guess they are more important. I will never use their group again for anything so they lose out in the end. For now I'm £1000 out of pocket

11th Feb, RESOLVED after leaving this review. It's a shame it took this. Point to note don't tell someone you will ensure something is done then don't do it. If there are delays be honest! I'd rather have honesty and a delay than lied to. Things happen!

radio was well packed for transport and delivered promptly to northern ireland. (within a day and a half). also good timely communication helped with tracking the radio which was as described and with no hidden costs. thankyou.

Bought item on Friday, got I formation that the item was sent, happy days, then on Monday afternoon they told me they actually can't send it. Time wasters. Moreover, on Tuesday afternoon still no refund. I am definitely not coming back to them, especially after reading other people's reviews.

Excellent service as always next day delivery and cheaper than the big competitor’s.

Great people, good products, and the service is very friendly. So glad I live local to them. It's my go-to shop!
