Really good service throughout and did a great job of cleaning our carpets and oven.

They communicated very well with me through out our interaction.Considerate that i would have liked an earlier slot and offered me it.The cleaner was polite and respectful while at the property and efficient.I would highly recommend these company:)

Great experience with a scheduled deep clean.

Efficient friendly and professional cleaners who were thorough. Can’t ask for more. They did exactly what we expected them too and did it well! Will definitely be using this company again.

I booked an end of tenancy clean. I asked them to check the state of house first & then paid the 30% deposit. They started the work, however not even halfway through the cleaning they packed up & left & also left their rubbish behind all scattered everywhere ! The “clean” that was done in the bathroom was appalling not to mention the kitchen that they left in a worse state than when they started. No carpets were even touched & they didn’t even start in the reception rooms. It was a terrible quality of cleaning & I had to try & salvage the situation myself at the last minute as new tenants were moving in soon. To compound it they then block/ignore all calls & emails to ascertain solution. I will try & upload the pictures of how they left it as its actually unimaginable. Please stay away from this company.

No wonder the score here is 3.2. STAY away from them. I booked end of tenancy service and paid £70 deposit. They came over 2 hours late. When I returned to the place to check on their folks, I saw 2 guys seating outside in the communal garden smoking and drinking beer and they had not started the work yet! When I asked them to start, they told me they need a break from the previous job. I was later received formal complain from the neighbours.
I came back in a few hours, and I saw a guy with a cigarette on the lips working inside the flat which was shocking. It is late at night and they had not done the job even to 50%. Carpet were not washed. Kitchen appliances were untouched. Behind each door was full of dust and dirt. Funny enough, blinds and balcony were not touched and they told me that it is not in their scope and I had to tell them the place has a small balcony!
I asked my landlord to allow me one more day so we can finish the cleaning job and they did not accept.
Interestingly their team are still harassing me for payment by email and calls!

So happy with the monster deep clean service I was provided. The cleaner was so friend, on time and really went over an beyond expectations. I would definitely use them again.

Terrible experience - STAY AWAY. We booked an end-of-tenancy clean with Monster, including carpet cleaning in 2 bedrooms, on our landing, staircase and livingroom. They arrived late on site and then announced that they were unable to clean our livingroom carpet as it had to be dry cleaned. This was not communicated to us in advance. They still insisted on charging us the full price, even though they did not complete the full service. STAY AWAY - do not use them.

I would not recommend anyone to use this "company". They cheated me by raising prices at the last minute, even though we agreed on everything beforehand. It then took a huge amount of time for them to refund my advance payment.

My request for a quote was responded to promptly and a price was agreed once I had sent photographs of the carpet areas that required cleaning.
The evening before I was contacted to confirm that the task would be completed as arranged.
The company rep arrived on time and explained what he would be doing and did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the service provided and will use again in the future. Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish. Very quickly was given a quote via email, cleaners completed the work quickly, efficiently but very well done also. Will 100% use again. Thank you!

I wish I could give no stars at all.
I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with them. Not sure how many cleaners turned up to do the job since we asked them to collect the property keys from our friends and I must say, they didn't do a good job at all.
Since there is a 48 hr guarantee.... I drove to the property next day to see how the cleaning was done. I wasn't happy at all with the cleaning and called the cleaners again.
They collected the keys again and within 45 mins they dropped the keys. We went again and checked it, the state of the property was still the same.
My tenants were very happy with the cleaning and I had to book a different cleaning company to get the job done.
In a nut shell, I paid twice to get this job done.

Terrible. There were some parts obviously left uncleaned, which were supposed to be cleaned by the contract that was there when booked. This was dirt that was accumulated over years but they said they could not guarantee it because i stayed for half a day after the end of tenancy cleaning. The 48 hour guarantee was a scam and they will look for anyway not to cover it. I would seriously not recommend to anyone, not professional at all. Dont be impressed by the seemingly good price, its because the service is not of a professional standard. Very disappointed.

Despite having to cancel original appointment due to broken down machine, the team came the very next day. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and cheerful and managed to bring some pretty old and stained carpets back to life. Very pleased and will use them again.

Oven and stove top cleaning Excellent!
My friend recommended this company for oven cleaning and it was excellent. They were quick and professional, and didn't use horrible smelly chemicals to clean it. Highly recommend if cleaning your oven is something you dread!

I used this company to conduct an end of tenancy level cleaning on my new home. Our family is vulnerable with one member having just come out of chemotherapy and radiation. I explained how important it was that the house is cleaned and ready to move into because of the risk of infection. When we moved in, only a few days after the clean, it was apparent that the house was not cleaned by this company at all. The previous owner conducted a domestic clean and it was clear that no further clean has been done. Cupboards, bathrooms, spiders' webs, corners, and the alleged steam clean of carpets that had stains that came off with a carpet cleaner detergent. I was charged £470 for nothing and exploited by the circumstances of my family's fate. This awful company is nothing more than a thief that preyed on my circumstances! I wrote to them three times to rectify this, and much like the many bad reviews on here, they ignored me. I am horrified that this level of ruthlessness and robbery exists in the world!

Oven cleaning.
They couldnt come on day arranged but told us at very short notice.
Didnt know how the oven worked - just pressed all the buttons and expected it to come on ( they could have just asked me!).
Didnt clean the oven properly....they were here for 30 minutes only so not a surprise.
I suspect they were subcontractors.
The gentleman in the office was very apologetic and nice . He asked if we wanted someone to come back and do it properly - we decided against it but were grateful that he asked.

Really good experience with this company, who'd been recommended by a colleague for End of Tenancy service. The team in the Monster office were efficient and bent over backwards to accomodate our endless changes for the date we wanted them to clean the flat. On the day itself, the (smiley, friendly) cleaners did a great job.

Avoid at all costs. Use sub contractors and therefore do not take responsibility for quality of work. Generally poor quality of cleaning - did not even vacuum and left carpets untouched in one of the rooms. Even though furniture was dismantled, did not clean under them. When I called to point out, refused to take responsibility and said they had done the best they could.

Excellent service, end of tenancy cleaning was fantastic. Very quick, efficient and competitively priced. Would highly recomment.
