Had an end of tenancy cleaning with Monster cleaning, unfortunately some items weren't cleaned to the required standard of the check out clerk, and we had to request the cleaning team returned. Thankfully they were able to do this within a week, so hopefully all issues are sorted now. There was some back and forth initially to get this resolved, which wasn't ideal during a very stressful time.

Can’t understand the negative reviews, the service was phenomenal. Couldn’t be more impressed by the quality of the cleaning. Paid for an ‘end of tenancy’ service and carpet clean. Everything was spotless and the showers, fridge, freezer and oven (which was wrecked) looked brand new. Customer service were helpful and efficient - all round brilliant service i couldn’t recommend more highly.

A lot cheaper than other companies that quoted for the job.

Slipshod and unprofessional.

Paid £248 upfront based on Alice's estimate for a post renovation clean specifying the exact number of bathrooms, room and kitchen to be cleaned of the property. This was for 3 cleaners x 4 hours = 12 hours.

I visited the property the day after the clean, and found some cupboards were not even touched, the floor was still dusty and grimy, and running a hand over some surfaces just came up full of white building dust.

Photos were sent to Monster, who claimed their cleaners had worked for a total of 13.5 hours rather than the 12 hours we paid for (I wasn't there so I cannot refute their claim) - saying how lucky we were they had not charged us for the extra hours, that the cleaners were aware there was yet more cleaning needing to be done but their hours were up so they just left (and didn't both to say anything to the client), and that if we actually want the job we paid for finished then we have to pay more.

As an alternative they offered to refund just £30 of what I had paid and rejected the counter offer I made.

Avoid.

A super service, easily contactable, very efficient, a great clean and able to meet a tight deadline. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Dreadful service. They are expensive, don’t do what they are asked to do and have a terrible attitude when you ask them to return and put right what they didn’t do in the first place. Avoid and use another company.

We had our carpet shampoo'ed - service was fast and efficient, all stains removed and carpet looks brand new! I am really impressed and would absolutely recommend Monster Cleaning Services.

The Monster Cleaning team did a great job on our two-bed flat, it was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard. It took a lot of stress out of moving flat. The team were on time and polite, I’d definitely recommend them.

We had One off cleaning service of our house few days ago. Even though we couldn't manage to keep our place in a good shape for some reasons and lately it was a mess, the cleaning team was able to handle with the task and did a wonderful job. We surely going to use them again as they also have number of different services to provide of which we can get advantage. Highly recommending! Thanks a lot!

From Alex on the phone giving me my quote, to Tish & Mariya who arrived this morning to clean my carpets, I received a kind, polite & professional service all round. Alex is very helpful & courteous on the phone. Tish & Mariya were friendly & quick and did an amazing job cleaning my carpets which included stains from make-up & dust from drilling! The quote was competitive and they did my flat despite it being up two flights of stairs when other carpet cleaning companies had turned me down. I will only use them in future & only recommend them.
