I purchased the monostarscope that attaches to your cell phone supposedly for very long distances viewing. However, I was very disappointed in the product as it did not do as indicated in the description. Does not view the distance as proclaimed. Does not come with attachment for your cell phone or tripod. These are all items that you may purchase separately but does not indicate that in the advertisement. It was difficult when I tried to return the product, After a very long time of trying to contact the company due to recorded messages and returned messages, they only wanted to negotiate a percentage off on the item that I purchased opposed to accepting a return of the product. My mistake was not reading the reviews and rating of this company before ordering from them. I will never do business with them again and I advise anyone else not to as well.

I found that separating parts of bracket and reattaching phone holder to tri-pod makes for a simplified reassembly of parts fixed to one pod.

Horrible customer service. I have been attempting to cancel since November. However, I keep getting sent repetitive emails. Nobody will state that my order has been cancelled. When I call I either get hung up on by the automated response line or I get a person who says they are in sales but will send my request to the correct person. Feeling like I have been scammed.

Delivery took a while but great customer service and communication. Product is great and well worth the wait.

This is not the first scope of this type I’ve owned. I’ve had about 5; 2 of which were very expensive and made exclusively for hunting in remote areas like Alaska.

Of the other 3, this is one of two with camera mounts and this mount is easiest and quickest to use. It has the depth of view of all three yet is lighter weight making it much easier to use and hold on to a subject for a protracted period of time steadily. I’ve only had it less than a week and am so satisfied and excited with my initial experiences, that I’m already coming up with additional uses based on it’s unique qualities that my similar devices can’t compare to. A great buy; Ialready having similar devices, I thought I was wasting money. Not the case - the money was wasted on the bulky, heavy older devices with hard to manipulate camera adapters!

Horrible! Still not received from beginning of December. They tell me it's shipped, but USPS states they are still awaiting the package for it to be delivered. No offer of refund or to resend what I ordered, just a rebate. Can't believe I fell for this.

Have to say l thought they were scamming me when it was taking so long to get answers and info. But in the end they came thru n got 2 starscopes and rebate for waiting so long.

Not happy! Still have not received monoculars. I see that most people are having problems also. Is this some kind of a ripoff? VERY DISAPPOINTED! I THINK THAT WE ALL SHOULD GO TO THE B.B.B., and file our complaints!!! I see that others have the same complaints.
I just got off of the phone with the company that supposedly shipped this. What a bunch of crooks! They just went ahead and changed the price, added a shipping charge, and charged me for insurance on the monoculars from Hong Kong China!! Then they just hung up on me. I called a second time and they gave me different prices that you wouldn't believe. Even if you got yours, make sure that you çheck your credit card information. You might get 3 different charges on various statements that you may not ùnderstand! This company is a ripoff! Then they claimed that they do not appear on the site that you ordered from! I told them about all the negative reviews that they got. It makes no difference to them. Their words not mine. Freaking Commi's!!!

After waiting for six weeks to receive my order for four Starscopes without even a projected date of shipment or any other explanation, I have REPEATEDLY requested a refund. The company initially tried to ignore my instructions and now they are stalling. If the product is as illegitimate as their business practices - STAY AWAY

SCAM! Worst Customer Service Ever! In November, bought two items, $250.00+ worth, as Christmas gifts. When it became apparent they would not arrive in time, I canceled orders and demanded $ return. Completely ignored me and requests. Just kept telling me my orders were coming soon. I sent them dozens of emails, (no way to call them!), and received more than 50 auto-replies from them stating my orders were coming soon! Two weeks after 1st request to cancel, I received email stating my orders had shipped. No track # provided. No product has ever arrived. Had to file cases with Visa and PayPal to get the money they stole returned.

I ordered a Monocular on 1/2/21 and was told it would ship in 7 - 10 days. On 1/14/21 I was given a USPS tracking number. When you check it out it says label created but no shipment yet as of 1/14/21. Hopefully unlike so many others I am not getting ripped off. I will do a follow up review if and when I receive it

I was offered a chance for a second review of these pirates, so I'll use it to warn anyone who is tempted by their deceptive advertising and fake evaluations that this company's stock in trade is fraud. If you make a purchase, you're pouring your money down a black hole,

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen they have lied to me since December 16 about shipping do not trust these guys

Got it looks like a fun scope haven't had a chance to play with it yet still trying to figure how to hook it up to my phone got the tri pod and adaptor. Can't wait I can take it to the woods to try it out

customer service not good, been trying for 2 wks. to find out status of my order, numerous inqueries with no pertinent answers. one E-mail states that order shipped with no confirmation another states that it was referred to shipping dept. and never heard back, one thing they did not have a problem with was charging my credit card worst customer service.

DO NOT buy from them…
They WILL NOT ship….. but take your money & promise you “it’s on its way”
They have been saying that since November 2021

Awesome product awesome service shipping took a little bit but I think all the roads are blown out in BC thanks a lot great Christmas presents
