DO NOT buy this product. Not only does the tracking number they give you NOT work but the product is ridiculous. Approximate 2 inches long plastic and good luck trying to get any kind of view much less magnification of any kind. What a scam! It unfortunately costs to much to return so I will consider this a lesson learned and hopefully keep someone else from making the same mistake.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ORDERED THE MONOCULAR ON MAY.13 AND RECIEVED NO EMAIL CONFORMATION NUMBER, OR TRACKING #. EMAILED COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES, BUT GOT NO RESPONSE.

I ordered a monocular from star scope on 4/16 and I have still yet to get an email confirmation or a tracking number. I would never recommend this company. I wish I would’ve read reviews before I purchased. I want a refund of the $75 they charged me.....the order number is 2421034985

I ordered the produce 11/23/23. Dec 6, 2023 I have not received a tracking number concerning shipping. I did receive a vague email stating they did not know when the product will be shipped. What !!?? They received payment This is a scam.

I finally received my order. I will never reorder from this company . The company that sent the product wasn't Starscope. PLEASE BEWARE AND LOOK CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ORDER ON LINE

I would give it negative stars if I could this scope is junk, it dosent zoom like they claim , its false advertising, I was charged $70 for junk and now I can't even get my money back because all thier support links are deleted, the customer service email comes back as non delivered, so they just ripped me off, criminal charges need to be brought on these people they are stealing peoples money.

One star is more than they deserve.
I tried to place an order but they said my card was declined. I did not attempt to use an alternate payment or to reenter the card info. When I tried to place an order THE ONE AND ONLY TIME shipping charges were not shown. I would never place an order unless shipping charges are revealed before I complete an order. They weren't. I assumed I my order must have met a threshold for free shipping. However after the message that my card was declined I did not pursue to reenter my card # or alternate payment method.
They sent me a text apologizing for the "hiccup".
They offered free shipping if I would attempt to reorder. Which is confirmation that my order was not successful. I did click on the link. This time the item total was actually more than the 1st time so the shipping was not exactly free.
I did not act upon that offer. Later I received an order confirmation with over $26 shipping cost. So apparently my card WAS NOT declined.
Their emails are noreply. Phone numbers don't work. I filled out an online form but have received no reply.
They did bill my account. I stopped payment and am filing a dispute. The card has been canceled.
Too many red flags are looking like deceptive business practices.

Your emails are noreply. One cannot call the number from which texts are sent. The phone # on your website is never answered by a human. I have left multiple messages and have received ZERO replies. I have filled out the online form twice. No response.
My order # is 2320602887. Your reply is clearly to deceive people into thinking you are responsive and willing to work with customers. If I am wrong I will edit this review to reflect that. I will believe it when I see it. I notice no one else has edited their terrible but accurate comments. Waiting.....

What a joke. Maybe these bogus replies should contain contact information if they really care to work on a resolution for customers.

Starscope Monocular Charged my account for $75.11 (Australian currency) for one Starscope Monocular on 21/03/2023.

Contacted them with a screenshot of my order (which included an order number #23 204 524 41) 16 days later to ask where my delivery was.

A guy by the name of 'Rich' (yeah, hilarious!) emailed back to say they had no record of any transaction with me. I then emailed a screenshot of my bank statement showing the date (also 21/03/2023) on which they withdrew the funds. (POS (Cr) purchase 455224_GP* LENSZOOMTELESCOPE - was the exact wording on my bank statement). Wall of silence followed.

Command passée fin novembre 2022 .. et produit n'est toujours pas receptionné . Etant absent à la reception du colis celui ci est reparti sur le centre de tri en Hollande (PostNL) et depuis aucune nouvelle . Aucun suivi sur ce retour de la part du Support Starscope (censé suivre le re-envoi du paquet) en depit de multiples relances pas mail et des ticket support ouverts . Inefficacité (ou meilleur dit ) absence totale de gestion du problème de la part de Starscope . Mes demandes de remboursement sont restées lettre mortes egalement . Si vous avez un quelconque probleme avec la reception de votre commande , vous pouvez dire adieu à votre achat ...

J'ai reçu ce soit-disant bijou technologique qui n'est rien d'autre qu'une pâle imitation de jumelles et n'a même pas la puissance de jumelles pour enfant. J'ai déjà écrit un avis très défavorable sur ce produit auquel la soit-disant entreprise répond qu'elle prend en compte mon insatisfaction et me demande mon numéro de commande alors que je l'ai renseigné déjà sur le premier mail que je leur ai adressé depuis leur site directement. Ils répondent ça à chaque fois, noient le poisson et ne vous répondent plus ensuite et ainsi, vous dépassez les 30 jours au-delà desquels vous ne pouvez plus rien réclamer. Ce sont DES ESCROCS et ce starscope est à fuir absolument ainsi que leur site et leurs trop belles publicités. N'y croyez pas, c'est de l'ARNAQUE. Je leur ai encore écrit dans la semaine et je n'ai aucune réponse, la seule que je recevrais sans doute se trouvera sur le site de Truspilot parce qu'ils répondent toujours la même chose et ne résolvent RIEN DU TOUT.
FUYEZ LES ACHATS SUR CE SITE CE SONT DES ESCROCS !!!

Produit non livré depuis plus d'un mois. Aucune réponse satisfaisante du service client.

Produit non livré au bout d'un mois et demi , et 5 réclamations par mails avec des réponses évasives et aucune solution proposée , arnaque sans aucun doute , fuyez !!!!
Après parution de l'avis, nouvelle offre de donner N° de cde pour régler le problème , sixième fois pour ne rien faire !!! arnaque ou escroquerie au choix , à fuir c'est certain !!!

Et voilà, une de plus qui se fait gruger ! J'ai demandé ce monoculaire à mon fils pour Noël et comme il est arrivé avec la lentille démontée (eh oui) et qu'en plus, j'ai beau tourner la bague de réglage dans tous les sens, rien ne se passe comme décrit dans leur "fabuleuse" publicité, j'ai envoyé 2 mails avec le numéro de commande et je n'ai aucune réponse, évidemment !
En lisant les avis clients (hélas après au lieu d'avant), je constate, amère, que mon fils a enrichi des arnaqueurs, bravo la Chine, continuez à nous prendre pour des pigeons mais la roue tourne et un jour, vos arnaques vous reviendront en pleine face et vous ne nous aurez plus comme clients. C'est d'une malhonnêteté sans nom et ça me donne envie de vomir (beurk) !

Made a order for two scopes. Seems im just getting automated emails asking me to rate the product i haven't received. And as not been sent. My order # 2220147371 was made on 12/4/2022. Receive a message it was shipped but no tracking number given.

I can't get any info on my order from Dec 1st. I've tried email, telephone and this. I haven't received my order even though I have given them my order number my email address and they keep giving me the runaround telling me that they they found the order they shipped it well I don't have any confirmation from anybody about anything so I'm really upset. I'd like a refund on my order because I haven't received it. I ordered it December 1st for a Christmas present and nobody is willing to help me so I would like a refund ASAP
