I had a really positive experience with Ash
I had a really positive experience with Asda Money today, especially with Ash from the Collections team.
I had some queries and worries regarding my account, and Ash took the time to properly listen to me, explain the situation clearly, and help resolve the issue. He was extremely kind, patient and understanding throughout the conversation.
What I appreciated most was his willingness to actually understand my concerns and find a way to resolve them, rather than simply giving a standard response. He made a stressful situation much easier for me and gave me a clear understanding of what was happening with my account.
I’m genuinely grateful for the help and support I received from Ash today. He is a great example of someone who is customer-focused, understanding and solution-oriented.

Dreadful like the rest of the pet insurance industry. ASDA should hang their heads in shame at the ridiculous doubling of annual policy premiums that are already excessive and puts the pet health at risk and causes owners to self insure, taking on all future risks.

A pleasant experience with a friendly, helpful advisor.
However, I wasn't sure if, from the verbal summary, I had medical only cover or that plus travel insurance which is what I wanted...

This was a great price compared to…
This was a great price compared to others and i will proabably use it again however, the catch is that there is a excess the person has to pay out and you have calculated that many claims maybe under £100 therefore if you charge an excess up to that people wont claim.

I would absolutely recommend
We have been with Asda for our pet insurance for a number of years, and thank goodness, as unfortunately our family dog was diagnosed with Lymphoma last year. Asda have been brilliant throughout. From the quick turn-arounds on all the claims we have made throughout this process, to the nice people at Asda we have spoken with when we needed any queries answered. This is a stressful time as it is, but at least we know we can get his treatment sorted without worrying how it's going to be paid. I would absolutely recommend.

The Asda money credit card application…
The Asda money credit card application was easy and quick. I had a decision within 10 mins and my card within a week. Great balance transfer 0% Interest for 6 month. The app is also really handy for monitoring spending and making payments.

Really unreliable. I was informed I couldn’t make a claim as I didn’t accept the airlines alternative offer of a flight 4 days after my original cancelled flight. This would have left me with 2 days of holdiay

Couldn’t use insurance for medical as…
Couldn’t use insurance for medical as doctor would only take an extortionate amount of cash in hotel, not guaranteed to get money back if claimed on insurance, as doc said doesn’t accept this insurance, had to travel to get prescription and journey to hospital where advised would have cost £100 there and back on top of cost then to claim, insurance that doesn’t help you or make life easier when someone’s feeling poorly, instead pay over odds to travel miles
