I am extremely disappointed with my experience with MOHD.

I purchased a Nemo Lampe de Marseille Mini Wall Lamp from MOHD (Order #ECOMMSO233701). When I received the lamp, I discovered that parts No. 3 and No. 7 were missing from the package.

These parts are required for installation, meaning that the lamp cannot be installed or used at all.

I contacted MOHD customer service immediately after discovering the missing parts and clearly explained the problem. However, despite reporting the issue, I have been left waiting without any meaningful response or concrete solution.

This is particularly frustrating because this is not a minor cosmetic issue. I paid €356.89 for a complete and usable product, but what I received is incomplete and impossible to install.

For a retailer specializing in high-end designer furniture and lighting, this level of after-sales service is unacceptable. When a customer receives an incomplete product, arranging replacement parts should be handled promptly rather than leaving the customer repeatedly chasing customer service for an answer.

I expect MOHD to send the missing parts immediately at no additional cost and provide me with a specific shipping date.

Until this issue is actually resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing from MOHD.

I will update this review if MOHD eventually provides the missing parts and resolves the issue properly.

Ho acquistato varie cose quest'anno, in ordini diversi. Sono sempre rimasta soddisfatta sia per gli arredi, sia per le comunicazioni tempestive ed efficaci. In particolare vorrei segnalare l'esperienza superpositiva con Fabio, del servizio clienti, che mi è venuto incontro in tutti i modi riguardo alla spedizione, riuscendo a farmi recapitare alcune parti arrivate in anticipo e a conservare invece in magazzino un pezzo che sarebbe arrivato in nostra assenza durante le vacanze.

Tuve una experiencia negativa con Mohd. Para el pedido, que en principio tenia que llegar en una semana, se cambió la fecha de entrega a 3 meses.
Puse una reseña negativa en esta Web.
Les envié un mail, solicitando la anulación del contrato y devolución del dinero pagado...
A los pocos días se pusieron en contacto conmigo y me lo devolvieron.

Very disappointing customer service — my cancellation request was ignored

I placed an order with MOHD and shortly afterwards realized that I needed to clarify important customs and import requirements for delivery to Colombia.

I contacted MOHD while I was still within the stated cancellation period and specifically asked them not to ship the order until they had answered my questions. I subsequently requested the cancellation of the order.

Unfortunately, I never received a response from customer service. Instead, MOHD went ahead and shipped the lamp anyway.

My main frustration is not simply that the order was shipped. It is that I tried to contact the company promptly, while I still had the option to cancel, and received no assistance whatsoever before they proceeded with an expensive international shipment.

For a company selling high-value design products internationally, I expected much better communication and customer service, particularly when customs and import requirements can be complicated.

I am now left dealing with an international shipment that I had specifically asked MOHD to cancel before dispatch.

Very disappointing experience.

First experience with MOHD and I couldn't be happier. The assistance and help I received from Angela before my purchase was a 5/5 alone. 100% satisfied with my chair as well, which is a lovely bonus. :)

Wir haben eine verhältnismäßig teure Bestellung eines großen, sperrigen Pakets getätigt und waren sehr zufrieden mit der zügigen und einwandfreien Abwicklung und Lieferung durch den Anbieter. Ein kleiner Mangel am Produkt konnte zügig und professionell geklärt werden. Wir würden hier definitiv wieder bestellen. Super Kundenservice - vielen Dank, Fabio!

Ho avuto un problema con una lampada che avevo ordinato, ma devo dire che l'assistenza clienti mi ha davvero soddisfatta.
Il Signor Oreste si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile, seguendo la questione con attenzione.

Excellent Packaging and Customer Service

I ordered a sensitive and fragile item from Italy for delivery to Kuwait. The first shipment was unfortunately damaged during transport, but the company responded professionally and sent me a replacement.

The replacement was packaged extremely well and arrived safely despite the long-distance journey. I really appreciate the care they took with the packaging and the excellent customer service throughout the process.

Not impressed at all. I placed an order because the delivery date shown was July. AS SOON as I had paid, the delivery date changed to early August. After no delivery in early August I checked and the tracking told me it’s delayed (no confirmed date). I asked for an update and was sent an email saying ‘good news the items are now in transit to MOHD warehouse’ meaning THEY will only receive them next week -no indication of when I will receive them. I asked for a clear deliver date - nothing…. I gave up and asked for a refund…. silence…

I highly recommend MOHD.it to anyone looking for authentic designer lighting and furniture.

Their selection is outstanding, with very competitive prices on premium designer lamps. Most importantly, everything is 100% genuine, so you can shop with confidence.

What impressed me the most was their best-in-class after-sales service. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to resolving my issue, which made the entire experience even more reassuring.

MOHD è assolutamente il TOP per chi vuol acquistare oggetti di design, sono onesti, precisissimi e sempre disponibili, cosa assolutamente non comune.

Ho ordinato una poltrona il 29/30 maggio e il sito prevedeva una consegna entro 4/5 settimane.
L'ordine è stato fatto nel negozio di via Turati; al momento dell'ordine mi era stato detto che, vista l'urgenza che avevo rappresentato fin da subito, avrebbero sollecitato per averla prima.
Dopo un mese e mezzo sono passato diverse volte, ricordando l’urgenza e mi è stato detto che il sito non era attendibile e ci sarebbero volute 6/8 settimane.
Sono abbondantemente passate anche le 8 settimane, ho fatto diversi solleciti verbali - passando per il negozio - e anche scritti direttamente alla venditrice (senza alcun riscontro nonostante avessi riferito che sarei dovuto partire per le vacanze e mi sarei dovuto organizzare).
Oggi, finalmente, la direzione centrale, con un messaggio precompilato, ha comunicato che la consegna è in ritardo (ovviamente non ha precisato l'entità del ritardo visto che, peraltro, il modulo era precompilato).
Per carità, può accadere... forse, però, avrebbero dovuto essere un po' più trasparenti anche per evitare di far pensare che questa sia una prassi per attirare il cliente (lato mio, ero stato anche in altri negozi e visto che mi era stato promesso un tempo di attesa minore avevo scelto mohd).

Leider kann ich MOHD nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe dort ein USM Haller Sideboard für über 3.000 € gekauft. Bereits die Lieferung hat sich um mehrere Wochen verzögert. Nach der Anlieferung stellte ich fest, dass für die vorhandenen Schlösser keine Schlüssel mitgeliefert wurden.

Auf meine Nachfrage erklärte mir der Kundenservice, die Schlösser dienten lediglich der Transportsicherung und könnten mit einer Münze geöffnet werden..
Später teilte man mir mit, dass dieses Modell grundsätzlich nicht mit Schlüsseln angeboten werde.

Was mich besonders ärgert: Auf der Produktseite konnte ich vor dem Kauf keinen Hinweis finden, dass das Sideboard nicht abschließbar ist bzw. keine Schlüssel mitgeliefert werden. Gerade die Möglichkeit, ein USM Haller Sideboard abzuschließen, war für mich ein wichtiges Kaufkriterium. Wir besitzen mehrere USM Haller Möbel, die alle mit Schlüsseln ausgestattet sind.

Selbst wenn dieses Modell tatsächlich ohne Schlüssel verkauft wird, hätte ich bei einem Möbelstück dieser Preisklasse eine deutlich transparentere Produktbeschreibung und vor allem einen lösungsorientierten Kundenservice erwartet.

Für einen Kaufpreis von über 3.000 € bin ich insgesamt sehr enttäuscht.

We ordered a Poliform Ernest Armchair spending over £4000 to get it delivered in our flat. I am not going to comment on the delays and terrible delivery company which was used for this. to our shock we received a USED AND DAMAGED armchair despite it being advertised as new. images are self explanatory. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I received an order with several items and two of them arrived damaged. I contacted the customer service team and within a day or two they emailed me back and offered me a full refund or replacement of the damaged items. The customer service team at Mohd is always very helpful and accommodating and that is one of the main reasons why I am repeated customer.

C'è stato un fraintendimento con l'ordine (la foto non coincideva con la descrizione, erano due prodotti diversi), per cui ho chiesto il rimborso poco dopo aver fatto il pagamento. Contattato il servizio clienti, dopo una settimana hanno risposto e fatto immediatamente il rimborso con molta disponibilità. Alla fine non ho ordinato, ma il servizio clienti è ottimo, anche se non velocissimo.

Very well set up website, with many brands and a very approachable and kind customer service. They were very kind and helped me with a mistaken order on very short notice.
