I have purchased from modern Rattan before and was very impressed then, so thought I would buy the Meghan 5 piece recliners from them too and they didn’t disappoint. I love our rattan furniture and the quality is excellent. The delivery company used were also excellent. 😀😀

was kept informed about the process between ordering and delivery but it seemed a lengthy time between each stage. the cover matched the measurements required. No complaints overall.

Superb service. I got in a pickle about delivery date's, they phoned me and we sorted on the phone for when I was available. Great company.

Excellent product and service just what I was looking for

Prior to ordering the service was great and they were happy to price match so we placed the order.

Once we had paid, the customer service vanished and despite trying to get in touch to change delivery day, I couldn't get a response. Ended up having to take a days leave. The chaps that installed were brilliant though and did a great job

The Winchester set arrived via a delivery firm. Some small delay but overall fine.
The furniture set maze Winchester six seater with round table and lazy Susan is FABULOUS!
Excellent quality and has completely changed our patio. We love it. The modern rattan staff are very helpful and professional . We paid for a ‘assembly service ‘ but this was not required with this set. We will seek a refund. Would seriously recommend Modern Rattan to family and friends.

Had a fast reply from customer service & a new one was with me, in matter of days.

I was a bit sceptical about ordering from a company I had not hear of before but I have to say my garden corner sofa (Georgia) is absolutely lovely. I received it within a week of ordering and was kept up to date with every stage of despatch. Delivery was due between 8 and 11am on 18/05/24 and the delivery guys phoned me at 7:30am to say they were half n hour away. Totally happy

The Compnay were honest regarding stock unlike the company I originally ordered from. Goods were delivered on time by two lovely/cheerful lads. So first class service from start to finish. Oh and the quality of my patio furniture was superb!

A great piece of furniture it does everything we wanted

I ordered a couple of outdoor lanterns. Despite receiving an email several weeks ago that my order was being dispatched to the courier, I have heard nothing since. I have rang several times, and sent emails, but have mostly been ignored. When I did finally make contact I was reassured I would receive an update and the order would be re-dispatched if lost, but again I have had no communication. A diabolical service and I can't help but feel like my money has been stolen. I will be speaking to my card issuer. Beware.
