Thank you SO much !!
We recently found our family catapulted into an emergency situation. Our lovely Dad no longer had strength in his legs to get down stairs.
When I contacted several local suppliers 2 stood out. Modern Mobility were able to respond that day, and a stairlift was manufactured and installed within 2 days at a price that was not astronomical. (A suitable re-conditioned one was offered for next day fitting but we decided to have a new one).
Everybody from Modern Mobility that we spoke to or came into Dads home were so professional and caring, there was no sales push at all, just a desire to match Dads needs and pocket.
Its a huge thing loosing your mobility suddenly and this team certainly understood and responded in a very caring way.

Great company to deal with. Called us to let us know we were due for service and make arrangements. Benji has just serviced my husbands electric wheelchair this morning at our door. He arrived on time, called us in advance to say he was on his way, explained what he’d done to the chair. Excellent service from a pleasant young man.

Great experience from the initial call to enquire about a stairlift, to the installation today...all within 3 weeks, surveyed, quoted and installed - their customer service is just fantastic and I was kept informed at every single step without having to call myself - Lewis and Ben have been superb and a credit to the company - well done Modern Mobility, I have one happy elderly dad now zooming up and down the stairs without me having to worry any more

I'd like say a huge thank you to nick if the Leicester branch, he's has been brilliant, very patient, a very nice guy.... couldn't have asked for a better person to help with the mobility scooters,

I ordered some walking sticks online. They came on time and well packaged.
No problems at all with this company.

My scooter was picked up from our flat and repaired Ben J handled the repair and service then delivered it back to the flat, the cost was ok and the friendly and efficient service from modern mobility is reassuring.

Ainsley from Fosse park, Leicester branch, came out to do some repairs on my scooter, he was friendly & professional. He went above & beyond & made sure I was completely happy with my scooter before he left.
I have had a few dealings with the staff from Leicester branch & they are all lovely.

Nick from Leicester branch went above and beyond with my dad, my dad needed a scooter asap he came out explain everything really basic my dad gets confused about paper work n stuff, he was patient polite, respectful. even when dad asked the silly questions. By the end he felt like a family friend thank you to modern mobility for giving my dad his independence back. i would recommend them every time xx

Andrew came to my home in Barrowford to deliver various pieces of equipment for my upcoming operation. He was so kind and friendly, he’s a credit to your company. Thanks Grandad for your help and humour.

5 stars from me for the second time, faulty part on my powerchair, ordered and replaced in under a week. Thanks again to Andrew and Benji.

Start to finish, nick came and gave us a quote for a stair lift as we needed one quite quickly so my dad could be discharged from hospital, he came out Tuesday evening to quote us and it was in and up & running on Thursday, nick was so polite & professional, i would definitely recommend this company

I needed help with my new wheelchair as my previous one was damaged during a holiday. I had Kieran who was absolutely amazing from start to finish, great customer service and kept checking in via email during my busy work schedule. He helped picking few that was suitable for my needs, he even helped with the colour. I am ever so grateful for his help!

i purchased an electric scooter recently from modernmobility and couldnt thank all there help enough. kieran came out to me a couple of times and was very patient and helpful and found the right scooter for me. will always now recommend modern mobility to anyone needing a new electric scooter. thank you

My name is mick, and I have just received my second scooter from modern mobility Leicester, and both times I have delt with lovely Becie. She is so kind and helpful, and always calls to give updates on arrival times. The company as a hole, are great. I have NEVER had an issue with them, not like the other company’s I have used in the past. Thanks Beckie for a pleasant arrival of my nice TGA Vita S.

Visited the Fosse Park shop for a riser recliner chair for my mother in law. We saw Beckie who was most helpful explaining the different chairs etc and spent a great deal of time with my mother in law making sure that she purchased the right chair for her.

Fosse Park Leicester is excellent. Greeted by Raine, who made my very bad week a whole lot better! My electric wheelchair broke. The shop rented out a mobility scooter which enabled me to do some shopping yesterday. She informed me the shop fix's wheelchairs too. So I rang today and booked in for the shop to fix it with a lovely person on the phone. Will update my review when my wheelchair is hopefully fixed, but so far 5*. I don't normally write reviews, but Raine went out of her way yesterday to really help. Thanks a lot.

Raine was friendly, polite and informative. I was renting a wheelchair just for use at Fosse Park but may have to rent one for a few weeks and will definitely head back to MMUK if I do. Raine ensured I knew how to use the wheelchair before I left and greeted me by my name when I returned it. A very pleasant experience.
