I was looking for a lighter weight rollator, and did quite a bit of research to ensure I purchased the correct one, I made 3 visits in total to this Branch and I found Eunice and Deb to be very helpful. On my second visit they had explained a another elderly customer that he did not need a new Walker and just so pleasantly explained to him how to use the function when want to go up a pavement with his obviously newly purchased elsewhere Walker, were he obviously had not had the functions fully explained. This was one of the reasons I came back and would go there happily in future as well as recommending to others

From the first visit to look at the mobility scooters to purchasing Becki at the leicester branch was brilliant, welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful for my needs, she went above and beyond. From ordering the scooter and delivery it was easy and smooth including having the wheels replaced for different ones. I cannot fault the staff within this store and would definitely recommend.

Excellent company. Went above and beyond to assist in buying a wheelchair online. Made it no fuss and the delivery was very quick, even with a bank holiday in between. Beckie from Leicester branch was very helpful on the phone to sort out the right wheelchair for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Kurt was an excellent chap, he explained everything in great detail , fixed our scooter on site and i will definitely be using modern mobility again. 5 stars for this engineer

I recently purchased a stairlift for my mother through the Clitheroe branch after receiving a recommendation from a previous customer there. All went well and fuss free. Firstly a arranged visit for measuring up and checking what was needed by the sales team. They offered good advice without any pressure and worked out the price which I accepted. The stairlift was arranged and fitted in reasonable time from ordering by the British manufacturer`s fitter. All very efficient & fuss free. Overall a friendly, helpful and efficient service. I also chose the Clitheroe branch as I preferred to deal with a reasonably local ,Lancashire business.

Excellent service Jonathan brought the tga scooter for me and my wife to try. He was very helpful and polite and extremely help full explaining everything to us and sorted out the insurance would defiantly recommend thanks Bev

Kirt has just delivered equipment for my father’s discharge from hospital.
He was so helpful in explaining what everything is for and how to use it.

Nothing was too much trouble and he was very friendly.

Very happy with the service today. I bought a lightweight wheelchair for my wife. Eunice in sales was lovely. She demonstrated how the chair worked, how it folded etc. The shop has a happy environment which was exactly what I needed. Mobility aid prices are excellent. Can't fault it in anyway.

The time spent to carrying out Services. Very Professional and efficient. And complete in a great time. Kurt was the Technician. Great 👍 Results. Well recommended.

We dropped into the shop to ask some advice about a part for my scooter. We are not regular customers we were only in Clitheroe for the day.
The man who helped us was wonderful he came out to the street to see me and explained I didnt need a new part. There was no pressure to purchase anything. I highly recommend this shop.
I think the mans name was Steve but my memory is worse than my mobility. Thank you for your help

Used Leicester Branch. Took some time but a special part required and I was regularly phoned during the wait keeping me informed. Wheel chair returned on agreed day and looks great. I thought price was reasonable and service great. Will use again.

Had Ainsley the engineer out numerous of times always so polite and friendly loves the coffee very professional best mobility company around !

I think this company is going in one direction down.
They contracted to supply mobility scooters to Remostone steam rally only to let the show down, not even telling them until they had refined our money
This is letting vulnerable people down

All this is a company who say that want to treat customers as family

I love this company (not something I say very often sadly). Nothing was too much trouble for them.,special mention has to go to Steve. Any issues and he was on it straight away, I’ve honestly never had that level of customer service ever, MN you are lucky to have him, such an asset to you. Gillian as well. There was an issue and she waved her magic wand and just like that it was sorted !

My parents had a new stair lift fitted the service they received was excellent from start to finish. Nick was very polite and friendly. He hoovered the little mess up. A after a few hours my mum was unsure how to do something on the chair lift, she
contacted the company and Nick came straight out. He would not leave until he was happy that my parents knew how to use it.

After calling numerous of company's to repair my puncture modern mobility was the only one that responded to pop out to me very nice and kind gentleman called Ainsley attended and repaird my scooter within minutes very helpful and quick service provided highly recommended

Second visit from Grandad and as always its a pleasure. Job done in no time, no mess, no waste and a lovely man.
