Slight hiccup but all sorted
While the 2 parcels arrived on different days, which wasn’t wholly convenient, nor the sellers fault, the communication was excellent. Very pleased with the bed. Excellent quality

Customer service poor
I did not receive a confirmation, although they claim they have, I definitely did not, I did not receive an update on my order, and although they claim I did, I definitely did not, it eventually arrived without warning. I tried to call and was told to ring back. I tried to email and they did not respond. I had a prompt from them to leave a review so I did and then they responded to me, as I guess they will to this review. Goods average, Customer Service POOR......UPDATE, I knew they would respond with excuses and falses as I thought, total rubbish, I had already telephoned and emailed and they did not reply are NOT worth the trouble of trying again, from this I am now downgrading the star rating.

Regarding your order, it seems there was an initial issue with the size selection, and by the time you requested a change, the automated processing and dispatching had already begun. However, you were advised to refuse the delivery, which you kindly did. Please note that refunds are processed upon the return of the item to our warehouse, resulting in a slight delay in your case.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Send you goods that are damaged then claim to send you an email, which I asked for proof of and there wasn’t any both you and Debenhams have different accounts of who sent an email when, you claim they did they claim you did.
Take your money and don’t offer FULL refund! Absolutely the most shocking customer service I have ever received!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company!
Offering a replacement part 2 months after me complaining is absolutely pointless. Who is going to go with out a bed for a child for 2 months, nobody. Ignored my email to at I sent direct when questioned about the “email” I was sent. !

Rubbish Courior service.
There was no issue with obtaining the item it was the courier company Yodel . They said they would deliver on the following Tuesday, got a txt on Saturday with the tracking then 10 min later driver called and said he’s at the property I couldn’t get there now so he left the items there and the bonus was damaged goods.

Doubling down on delivery drivers lies
Recently had a bed ordered was supposed to be delivered today but driver from Apc overnight pulled up took a picture of intercom and drove away so I complained to modernique about this and the response I got was a joke just doubling down on the lie from the delivery driver who is not even one of their own employees so they send me the picture the driver sent them as if that’s some sort of proof that they tried delivering is this really how companies r operating these days not only lying for themselves but lying for other companies they work with I will never be buying from modernique again of course and would never even mention them after this review
