Good customer service.
I received a bench that had been damaged quite badly by the courier and also had some manufacturing defects. I wasn’t happy and asked for some compensation. I had some benefit from it so didn’t expect a full refund. After some exchanges we agreed on what I consider a fair partial refund. So seems to me to be a decent company with decent customer service.

Ordered an ottoman bed from this…
Ordered an ottoman bed from this company via Amazon. Within six months the bed had developed a fault. When flagged to them on Amazon, they initially tried to fob me off by claiming the issue was us assembling the bed incorrectly. When a picture was provided proving that the bed was assembled correctly, they then tried to blame the mattress. When it was pointed out the mattress was brand new, they went back to claiming there couldn't possibly be anything wrong with their product despite evidence to the contrary.
Delivery was poor.
Avoid - cheap and nasty furniture that won't last, useless customer service.

This Company is absolutely appalling
I brought a desk from them which arrived damaged.
On arrival I complained about its quality, it took the company 5 days to reply and they offered me £20. I refused this and said I was entitled to a full refund under the consumer rights. The company then replied saying I could have 80% back and keep the desk as to return would be costly for them, which I accepted. After another few days I asked where the money had got to, they said they would not refund me until I removed my Trust Pilot review! Which I then did but they never paid me. Avoid this company at all costs. Products are rubbish and customer service even worse.
