I had a problem locating a package
I had a problem locating a package, which I eventually learned had been left on a FedEx truck. When I contacted Moda Operandi I spoke to Alicia, who was extremely helpful and professional, assuring me that she would immediately contact FedEx followed by an email to me with a report, which she did. Thanks to her all turned out well.

Horrible customer service
I ordered a pair of sunglasses. Not my first time using the site, just the first time using this email address ( thanks to autofill). FedEx delivered the wrong package to my home. My ring doorbell showed the delivery which was a huge heavy box, not sunglasses. I opened a case with FedEx so that they can try to locate my package, after 4 days, I called Moda Operandi customer service. I explained what happened to the rep, he repeated twice that Fedex said it was delivered. He stated that another team would get back to me and ended the call. His tone was accusatory and failed to show empathy. I left the call out of $230, without sunglasses and disdain for Moda O. Customer service shold be trained and their shipping services updated. I will be sure to call everyday until I get my glasses or money back. I never had a problem like this in the past and I am highly disappointed.

My order kept getting pushed back…
My order kept getting pushed back (which I am not upset about), but I was charged shipping and it was sent the slowest way possible. So it would have been nice to have received expedited shipping at no cost since I had to wait 8 months for my order. Just left a bit of a nickel and dime taste in my mouth.

Not as pictured and unreturnable
The fish fork and knife set I ordered did not arrive as pictured. It was a different pattern, and one that does not coordinate well with my existing flatware. This was an unreturnable item so I had no recourse. I am very disappointed with Chairish and Moda Operandi.
