Improvement to your customers service
Most reputable retailers don charge for shipment specially if it is clothes. No communication on where in process my item was until my own inquiry. Order placed on 6/3/2021, received 6/11/2021, too long for delivery. I order from retailers from UK in London, takes 3 days to get to me.

I love the sandals. I’ve been looking for new white asymmetrical style sandals in size 5 for a while. Thank you for carrying size 5. Sandal is extremely well made and the leather smells like leather should. I’m very happy with my purchase; as well as the sale price.

It was my first purchase. Parcel arrived quite quick no complaints there. I've never returned so I can't comment on the refund they seem trustworthy enough. My only bad comment is that the fee for the transport was expensive!! I buy tons of things online from other sites and it's not as expensive and most of the times it's free. I think they need to make a better deal with dhl and they would have more business in the gulf region. Otherwise all was good. Kind regards
