One small improvement, if I may.
One enhancement i would like to recommend that quite a few other reputable high fashion commerce sites practises is providing precise measurements of the important areas for every size of every product. That would have made my experience on MO a 5-star one instead of the 4 stars I ranked. This round, everything from shopping to receipt was comfortable, good and fast. I would have done better with the precise measurements of each product I bought.

I love their extra service
They had a shirt I looked for. None of the other online sites had it.
The shirt came with the garment case and hanger, make the shirt more beautiful and luxury. I love those additional surprise.

First and last time to order from this…
First and last time to order from this vendor. I placed an order and received a bathing suit which I returned right away due to sizing issues. Went through the proper channels, printed return label provided, shipped both top and bottom in the same box. Approximately 2 weeks after sending back I only receive partial refund for the top saying they never received the bottom despite them both being in the same box, with the proper return label they provided, and their own respective small bags within the box (which I absolutely know I did because I double checked each piece went into the corresponding bag with its appropriate item number). They said they rechecked the warehouse a second time and won’t issue a refund.
I’m not quite sure what I could have done differently here other than taking a video of me placing both items in the box, sealing and driving it to fedex, but I enjoy my peace of mind and would rather not deal with such aggravation. I have currently processed a dispute with my credit card as recommended by their customer service team and am dreading having to deal with the dragged out process following the back and forth email correspondence and customer support team calls already had.

Slow shipping, great selection.
I think the selection is fantastic however the shipping times are pretty poor. I order online quite a bit: Net A Porter, Neiman Marcus, FWRD, Farfetch, Revolve, Nordstrom, Intermix, ReDone, and Shopbop are my regulars. I truly mean this constructively: Moda Operandi is pretty bad when it comes to receiving product in a timely manner. I understand that COVID has created immense hurdles for companies, however all of the other companies I listed above are much better at getting product out while facing the same hurdles. If I needed something in a hurry, I would not buy it from Moda.
