Super happy with the boots
Super happy with the boots. Delivery was faster than expected and all custom duties covered which was great. Only point to make is that shipping costs were high, but I do find that is common with USA international shipping.

Return problems
I usually love ordering from this store. The packaging, trunkshow availability and CS is second to none. I had two trunkshow orders (for two of the same item) that I returned a day after I received Them. I sent back both items in the same box (because the boxes MO sent were huge and I couldn’t lug both boxes to FedEx. They refunded only one of the items even though both were sent back with their respective packing slips, shipping labels, etc. Contacted CS several times and they only said there would be a “delay” on refunding the other item because it was packaged in the same box. Why? Surely the workers in the warehouse could open the box and see two items with their two packing labels and mark them both off as returned. Why was one refunded and the other completely ignored? Maybe MO shouldn’t use ginormous boxes and then demand their customers drive to a FedEx location to ship them back. Because those boxes certainly don’t fit into a FedEx Dropbox. It’s been almost a month and still waiting for refund. Just very frustrated with lack of common sense.

Late arrival
The shipping was several days later than the estimate. I understand the concept of an estimate, however, I did expect it to be somewhat accurate and the company to have a better concept of when their items will arrive. It arrived too late for my event.

Wonderfully Easy and Efficient Service
I ordered a skirt by wonderful Australian brand Alemais that had sold out in Australia! I am SO happy to have it and cannot believe how efficiently and safely it arrived (back in Australia). I warmly recommend the experience with Moda Operandi. The only thing to watch is the international freight charge, which was extraordinary!

I used your site to order a gift and there was no option to send as a gift, so gift was delivered with price on it AND with no gift message. Online experience was weak.

Need to Update The Shipping
I love the unique products that Moda Operandi offers. My biggest complaint is how long it takes to get my order. There are so many places that I order from that ship the product the same or next day and I have it right away. I don't want to wait two weeks to get my items.

I ordered my dress with some…
I ordered my dress with some reservations as one reviewer suggested that the fit was "brit" sized, meaning smaller than typical. It was the last size 4 available according to the listing so with fingers crossed I tried it on and was thrilled to find it a near perfect fit, -- just a small adjustment needed for the shoulder straps. Lovely to receive this dress in the lavender garment bag carefully wrapped in matching tissue with an envelope containing the invoice also in the same color. Made receipt of this dress this all the more special which is appreciated given that it's my choice for a desert wedding next fall. Thank you! I'm so pleased to have discovered this site and have experienced the satisfaction and success with my first purchase as I'm still relatively new to the online dress shopping experience.

The order processing and shipping time took longer than expected. In addition after finally shipping the order their estimated delivery time was delayed by. Few days and not accurate to the estimate that was given when the order was placed.

Atrocious. Still awaiting a shipment 12 days later that was suppose to arrive 5-7 days from order. Have called customer service 5 days in a row with no response and no active help. Completely horrific and not helpful.
The customer service agent blames this on a re-routed parcel. This is not the case. The first order I have yet to receive. i had to order a second jumpsuit due to the delay which I then had to re-route - I still have not received either parcel. Completely absurd and terrible customer service with no attempt or reconciliation or refund. Beside myself.

Everything went fine
Everything went fine. The package got here very quickly and was packaged well. However the delivery person did not even ring the bell even though I had a sign on the door to please ring, always a problem.
