I have just had my 42 inch M&B TV repaired under guarentee. The repair service was excellent, rang to report fault, next day return packaging arrived, collected the following day. Small delay caused by the carrier. Martin Whittle progressed then provided a same day turn around and it was returned the next day. I would highly recommend M&B televisions and their garentee service.

The picture quality of a Mitchell & Brown television is visible the moment you switch it on, with vibrant lifelike colours and beautiful high definition picture quality. The most impressive thing with the television however, is the industry leading seven year parts and labour guarantee which reinforces the message that build quality is held in the same regard as picture quality. I'd definitely recommend this British television company!

My 88 year old father lost his remote control. Within 2 hrs of writing to M&B I received a response that they would send a replacement to him free of charge. Excellent service and very understanding of my Dad's predicament. Well done Mike Oliver who is the M&B marketing manager. Thank you for great service.

I have dealt with the Mitchell & Brown brand for many years. I've found the TVs extremely good value for money, reliable, easy to use and backed up with a fantastic 7 years warranty.

When we purchased 40" TV they gave 7 year Warranty.
After 4 years we had a problem. They sent boxes to pack it in, the next day they collected it (Thursday) and it was returned to us early on Monday morning. Great service from a Company who honoured their Warranty promptly and efficiently. What more can anyone ask.

Right, I broke the tabletop pedestal TV stand of my 55 inch TV and I needed one asap. I emailed Mitchell & Brown customer service for a replacement and would happily pay for it. To my surprise, this man named MARTIN WHITTLE get back to me and said, I will send you one free of charge ( I didnt even have to wait hours or days for a reply Only a few minutes and I got an answer back).
Now, hows that for a customer support and service?. So, c'mmon folks if you're ever thinking of buying a smart TV, dont just settle for one.Get a reliable,dependable and trusted name you can rely on. Pure British enginuity without the compromise. When they say 7 years warranty, they mean it.
There customer service and support is incomparable and second to none.
The Customer is there priority.

Bought a Mitchell & Brown TV yesterday, the sales person assured me that it is a good picture, which it has, unfortunately that's the end of the good.
The UI takes a bit of getting used to but not as bad as some. Now there damning bit, Netflix and prime are on buttons, but come on, no now TV or Disney+, what the hell? I had to buy a now TV stick and can't watch Disney+, in fact your supply of apps is disgraceful. I would return the TV but I feel it's not a return reason. Not a good TV, certainly won't buy again, 43" for £400 is not cheap either, expected better for the price.

Have discovered a fault with this TV, 5 times now while watching now TV using a dongle since they can't be bothered to add the app, a large message comes up saying the TV's usb doesn't have the power to run the dongle, everything stops and the only way to got rid of this is to switch off at the mains. This is bad enough but I don't use the TV's usb, I use a phone charger, I've used 3 different ones, all modern and 2 of them are quick charge, but still does this. I think this is the most annoying TV so far with this fault continuing. Sorry but you loose a star for this.
