We purchased our MB TV in March 2019, in May 2025 we started to have a problem where the TV wasn't picking up a digital signal. We knew the relay station was working so contacted MB by email. Prompt response from Martin and after checking a couple of things in the setup, he decided that the TV needed to be returned for testing. They sent a box and packaging. The TV arrived with them on a Friday morning and we had an email saying that it had arrived and was being tested, mid afternoon the same day email saying a new main board had been fitted and TV was on its way back to us. TV delivered at lunch time and all set up and working within the hour.
Excellent TV's and exceptional service. this TV was over 6years old!
You cannot get better customer service than this, thank you Martin

Televisions are so poor, connection or disconnection to the internet causes the tv to become unresponsive which becomes very frustrating. Screensharing is also a big issue to complete such an easy task on a samsung or LG.
Do not buy if you want an easy or simple entertainment experience, go for any other TV.

Absolutely brilliant service from everyone at Mitchell & Brown.
We had a problem changing channel and using the remote control.
Next day a new remote was sent and in our possession.
Very friendly and efficient staff at every stage.

TV was very slow to start up and very glitchy , but Mitchell & brown have a update,it was very easy to do.much better now.thanks.

Our tv had to go back for repairs. When it arrived back the screen was badly damaged. Rang at once and was told we would be sent a new tv which arrived the next day. Impressive service many thanks

I've always bought and setup all my previous tvs (lg,Samsung,Sony) but decided to get the local independent tv store to supply a new tv as I was very busy. I got home from work and was immediately unimpressed, its smart features were slow, the picture wasn't impressive and then there's the cost!!! I've just bought an LG tv to replace, it's better in every department and cost half the price! Pretty sure these are cheap tv from Asia that have been repackaged as a 'made in the uk' product and sold at ripoff prices. The guy in curry's started laughing when I mentioned Mitchell and brown! Says it all..

Just purchased a 43inch Qled from Mitchell and Brown and the TV was delivered on time by a very friendly courier and the packaging was perfectly intact unlike some companies. The picture quality was excellent straight out of the box. It was very easy to setup as well. I think it is the best tv I have ever had and the 7year warranty is a bonus. It is great to be able to get advice and technical support over the phone from someone who really knows their product. I spoke to Colin about my purchase before buying so I knew what I was getting. This is the second tv I have bought from Mitchell and Brown, I have a 32inch in my dining room which is standard HD but also has a excellent picture so I thought I would upgrade my lounge set and although I have only had it a couple of days picture quality is superb and even low resolution programs such as old episodes of Heartbeat look great. I can thoroughly recommend Mitchell and Brown for their tvs and their customer service.

My two year old TV packed up one evening last month and I emailed the manufacturer for them to pick up in the morning and advise. However, I got an instant reply from Martin who after asking for a couple of photos, confirmed it was unrepairable and told me he would arrange for a new TV to be delivered to my local family run TV shop within two days.
He also fixed up for them to bring me the TV and install and then phoned me a couple of days later to check this had happened and that I was happy.
The service has been nothing short of incredible and I am so glad I bought from this British company via my small local TV shop. The immediate response was really impressive and it just got better from there.
I would thoroughly recommend this company and am grateful for how kind and courteous Martin was throughout.

Bought a M&b tv had it a few years it went wrong and they replaced without any hassle as it was a tv fault. They came out took away couldn’t fix so replaced they did the lot. Great customer service. Also the tv allowed we to side load which was a great bonus. Can’t knock the tv at all, and get 7 years warranty. What’s not to like

We had a problem with our TV after a storm and assumed we would need to buy a new TV. But I contacted M&B and the TV was collected, inspected, fixed and returned to us at no cost and within a week of my initially making contact. Excellent customer service!

monday 31/7/23 phoned colin with report,he conferred with martin whittle and offered an upgrade as our model was out of stock,by 2/8 it was up and running return collection completed 4/8,upgrade is a Qled much dearer,fantastic service-beat that!! THANKYOU

One evening my Mitchell & brown tv would not switch on. Having a 7year warranty on the tv, I emailed customer service lunchtime the following day and almost immediately they responded by saying they will arrange collection of the tv the following day. They collected it the following day as promised. The following day I received an email to say it had been repaired and will be returned the following day. All in all a great service. No hanging on telephones or excuses about receipts or warranties. Would highly recommend

Excellent customer service. My television stopped working after a couple of years and M&B arranged for it to be collected and repaired the next day with no hassle whatsoever.

Took my TV back as it had sound and no pictures!! These tvs are unreliable always have problems! The problem is with the tcon box and that is in the center middle of the TV!!! They are trying to void the warranty for marks on the screen!!! Sayin water damage when the TV ain't even been opened to inspect, the area of where there marks are hasn't even got any boards or electrical equipment there!!! My TV had been there several times they even replaced with another model at some second hand model point stay away from this company as they like to make up excuses to validate there 8year warranty!!! More trouble than there worth!!!!

my Mitchell and Brown 43 inch TV went blank after 3 years. after contacting them they arranged for the TV to be picked up the next day!!. I got a phone call 2 days later saying they would be replacing it with a brand new updated version.No trying to wriggle out of the warranty like you get with most companies these days. this new T.V has just arrived today. Amazing customer service.So helpful. I would give it 10 stars if allowed. A 7 years warranty!!. Now that's confidence in your product. Amazing picture and the fact M+B is a British firm is a big bonus.Without doubt I will be buying from them again.

I bought a 32inch smart tv from mitchell and brown in Feb 2022 and I was having problems setting it up I couldn't zoom with sky, I tried several times without getting some answers but fortunately martin whittle sorted me out. martin has a good customer approach, excellent product knowledge and very professional attitude. I wish more people took time out to get to the problem.

My request for a replacement remote for a smart tv was dealt with extremely promptly - despite my enquiry being emailed over a weekend - and a free replacement was posted and received within 24 hours of my enquiry. Very impressed with the courteous and efficient service provided by Martin Whittle of Customer Services.

Just to let you know that the wheel chair bound, elderly lady, who urgently needed a new fridge, was extremely satisfied with service, price and the two young men who so promptly removed the old fridge and installed the new fridge on a 44° day. Highly recommended!

Being a stockist for Mitchell & Brown we have a lot of interaction with our representative, Steve Chappell, and nothing is too big or too small for him to get sorted. Whether it's ordering a single television, a pallet full or a fault with a television they have supplied, Steve is always more than happy to help at any time of day and everything gets sorted before the end of the next day.
On the rare occasion that a Mitchell & Brown television has become faulty we have been passed on through the chain to Martin Whittle who is just as brilliant and helpful as Steve is, we are given regular updates to keep the customers informed but usually the work is done that efficiently that the first update we give the customer is either that their television has been fixed or they are going to be receiving a brand new one as a replacement under the warranty.

I can not recommend this company enough for their customer service and the quality of their televisions is absolutely amazing, especially the JB32FH1811DSM & the UHD4KBL range.

I have been selling Mitchell & Brown TVs for a while now and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They have excellent picture and sound quality (recently improved with a new 'speaker box' & subwoofer on some sets) and the warranty is second to none.
Pop into your local Mitchell & Brown retailer and prepare to be amazed!
