I ordered a pack of 3 bras, on offer at £23, which did not fit at all. I had checked the returns policy before ordering and also on the actual page for the bras there was a large panel saying risk free purchase/ return for a full refund if not satisfied. I followed the instructions and emailed regarding how to return.i was asked to provide several photos of labels, package and proof of order. The response was it would be very expensive to return and offering me a £2 refund! I sent screen shots of their online guarantee and was then offered £6. I checked my transaction on my bank account and had been charged £6 more than the price on my order! I phoned my bank and told them the whole story. They agreed to pass it to the fraud department and gave me a temporary refund. Two weeks later the fraud department wrote to me confirming they had completed their investigation and the refund would stand.

I did write a review about this shop, and I finally received my order yesterday on 27th May 2025.I ordered 3 bra's that were supposed to fit like a glove I ordered my size omg,they were awful the quality was awful, the size was was wrong. This shop on Facebook should be banned total ripoff.

Do not purchase from this company- Would have given no star rating if possible. Appalling customer service- when I wanted to return purchase as didn’t fit was offered £2 compensation for £20 purchase and told return costs would be too expensive for me.

The product is horrible, cheap plastic and not as advertised. It was shipped via USA, arrived in UK, got a Royal Mail label attached. When asking for a refund, they first offered me £2, then £3, warning me that I would have to pay excessive postage for the return as I would have to send it back to China! How can this be legal?

Can't give lower than a one for this load of rubbish - badly made bras. Ordered correct size but fall out of cups and too much material on the sides. Have tried all sorts to make them fit but to no avail - beware. I shall not order anthing from this store again!

I purchased bras from this website for £28. I followed their size guide to make sure i ordered correctly, when I received them i tried them on and they were too big. I contacted them and asked for a refund/return. They asked me to send pictures of the package label and product label, which I did and they will get back to me.

I received a very short response advising that they will not refund me because they have sent out what I ordered. They did say they would compensate me £2 and I can pass on the bras. I paid £28!

It’s not good enough. I bought these in good faith in hope they are suitable for my needs, they are not fit for purpose and now I need to find something else (gosh I hate my boobs! Finding the right bra is stressful) that maybe fits right.

Wish I'd actually read reviews before buying, not only are the bras really awful material with wonky sizing, they were also faulty. The customer service refuse to give me a return address or refund, just keep telling me it's the correct goods, and offering me a very small compensation amount, All I want is a refund for faulty goods. Do not purchase anything from them it's a loss of your money.

Shocking bras awful material, offered a£2 refund and told me to give them away. I paid £34 don’t buy from them .took over a month to arrive .

Awful product. Took about a month to arrive. Bras ride up, no support. Tried to get a refund and they refused, said to keep the product and they would credit me £2. They said I could send it back to China but would cost more than the product itself. Their attitude was disgusting. Avoid at all costs

I suspect this is complete scam site. Product never arrived. They say the item was refused at customs which is completely contradictory to their tracking information.

Shocking, order came completely wrong, customer service is not helpful and English language not clear. The product itself isn’t bad hence asked for an exchange but seems they are not interested. Best to avoid if you don’t want to be disappointed ☹️

It took 3 weeks for goods to materialise - despatched through the US to the UK. Help desk very responsive and reassuring this wasn’t a scam. Goods arrived but UK sizing translated into garment size way too big. I tried to return and request new size as item seemed ok. Ultimately offered £4 refund against £30 spent and keep the goods - which is of no use to me. I would not recommend this supplier.

Unlike most of these posts , i have had many replies from Mini Stores. All of them ridiculous, from blaming the American customs, to Donald Trump. I wasn’t complaining about the delivery time, but getting frequent ridiculous emails telling me about the journey through America, while it’s obvious they came from China was amusing. They even had Made in China stamped on them.
My complaint is not getting a refund for the bras, when it is promised in their advert. I have been offered £2, £4, and finally £6 in compensation, but I just want my money back. I asked for a return address, and was given one in China, obviously costing a lot more to return than they are worth.
They are obviously just laughing at us and playing with us.
Anyone have any suggestions about how we can make them take notice of our complaints? I’ve been giving them negative reviews on their various sites and intend to carry on until they take my complaint seriously, but it doesn’t seem to have the desired effect.

Absolute GARBAGE!!!! Wouldn't even hold Barbie's boobs in place 🤬😡. Not even going to bother claiming refund/return after reading everyone's negative comments regarding this matter! £30 lost and scammers gain 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 how do these people get away with it

How did you get a reply from this terrible company. I have emailed 6 times and had no reply. I also wished I'd read the reviews the bra are terrible no use to a large busted woman at all. Help please

Oh no, wish I’d seen the other reviews before I bought. This is not a bra and certainly not a bra for a size 38 G. Mini-stores…do you realise women don’t like mono-boobs?!! Zero support - the diaphragm should be a snug fit… my boobs fell out of the bottom! The straps at their tightest were loose. I’m so mad at myself for buying these! Worst attempt at a bra… ever. I should report you under the trades description act!!!

Do not buy from this company. The bra’s are flimsy elastic and offer no support at all. I don’t honestly believe that they are made to fit any particular size. It would purely accidental if they actually fitted anyone. Like the other ladies I was offered £2 reimbursement which eventually went up to £4. I very nearly told them where they could put their offer!

Bought bras sent the information to request a return and had no response back. Looked on Trust Pilot and can see lots of the same complaint. Total scam from them. The bras are so small, false advertising even including the World Health Organization in their advert.

I am usually quite diligent when shopping online from a sponsored fb page. Let my guard down. Lured me in over the weeks of seeing the bras advertised.
First red flag was that I clicked on £22 but it took £28. I assumed I’d misread the postage and it was still a good price for 3 bras.
When they arrived, they looked and felt nice and soft but boy oh boy the sizes are way off. I’m assuming they don’t understand large breasts! I’m a 40DD. The back band was more a 44 and the cups wouldn’t cover a B cup.
Hard to get hold of. Realised from their language on emails that they are not UK based. Returns policy sketchy at best. I was offered £3 refund. I threatened legal action and they upped it to £6 (coming out of her own salary apparently).
I finally got a return address but no phone number and no courier will take it without.

Never buy from here. Never believe the reviews on their fb,

Wow! I wish I had read these reviews first!
This company is also listed as ‘minimini’ - not a UK company.
Firstly overcharged at the checkout and had to request some money back.
Was not made aware that they were sold and shipped from outside the UK, took approx 10 days to arrive.
Sizes are way off, my 36F bra arrived as a 4XL, which I’ve since figured out is a 46 something!
They’ve denied a problem yet offered £2 compensation to keep the bras, because they know that returning the bras will be costly… if I’d known they weren’t in the UK I wouldn’t have bought them in the first place.
Returns have to be sent to China apparently, and they’ve just raised the compensation figure to £4 🙄.
